Does it come out liquid first then transform to a powder form? If it is, How long does it take to dry?

they are 2 separate products. the tinactin athlete's foot powder comes out as a powder-liquid that quickly dries to a powder. the other product is tinactin athlete's foot liquid spray, which comes out and dries as an invisible spray (my usual choice).

What size is the can?

Product Dimensions: 6.3 x 2.2 x 6.8 inches ; 1.4 pounds - its under the product details.

When spraying, do you hold the can upside down or upside right?

Hello...you would hold the product upright where the nozzle is pointing to the affected area(s). I hope that answers your question. Thank you.
