This is an lovely teddy and absolutely adorable and makes a perfect gift however it is not 10" as described, it is in fact between 8" and 9" depending on where you measure from, but from bottom of the feet to the top of the ears with the feet stretched out it is still only 9" but other than that it is a perfect little teddy for your loved ones and if the problem is resolved i will be giving them a 5 star rating!
