I go to school, work, workout and play basketball - in other words pretty active throughout the week. This product is THE ONE!!! It has great taste to begin with. There is definitely a difference in energy, when I don't use and do use the product. In one of my basketball games, I played the whole game and felt energized to still go some more after. I can workout even longer, and if not longer, more intense in a shorter period of time. Just knowing its come from quality ingredients gives me a smile on my face.

I have tried various products similar to this one but none have tasted this good. Usually these type of products leave a chemical taste that I never really cared for. When I tried this I was pleasantly surprised by how good and natural it tasted. I also like the stamina boost that I gives me when working out. I usually lift weights then do cardio and by the end of my workout I have little to no energy. When I use this product I do not have this problem and cardio is much easier after lifting. Even when I’m not working out or doing any significant physical activity I mix this with my water just to hydrate myself throughout the day. This is a great product and I will defiantly be ordering it again in the future. I would recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely love this product! It is an asset to my workout. The great taste makes it go down easy and leaves me with a light feeling like i can take on anything. I can really feel the increased stamina and endurance. The added hydration makes a huge difference in my performance and helps with fatigue. I thought the product was very good overall. I think the taste is nice because its not overpowering like you get with some other similar products. I find I get sick of the overpowering flavors. I have had it a few times, including before a run, after a run, and after a night of drinking. I felt it gave me good recovery after working out/being dehydrated. I also thought it helped give me any energy boost before working out. My brother used it after a long night out and took some before running the next day. He said it helped him get him through the back half of his long run.Overall good product and good taste. Would love to see this expand and have other flavors in the future!

I am very careful about what I put into my body. I make sure to eat only all natural foods and things that are actually healthy and help me. I do not like pre workout or energy drinks as I do not like the way the ingredients make me feel. However this was different! The ingredients are very healthy, it tastes great and it actually gives me real energy rather then making me feel all hopped and jittered up on caffeine! Tasted good, mixes well and it works. Love this!!!

I'm not a BJJ enthusiast, but I recently tried this product based on the recommendation of a friend. This stuff is great! I just added Intra-Fight as part of my pre-workout supplement regimen for BJJ and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! Personally, for taste and extra hydration I prefer one serving mixed with 16 oz of water which I consume about 30 minutes prior to class. I tried 20 oz of water but it was too watered down, IMO. I typically train BJJ 3-5 times per week and being in my mid-40's my recovery during and between rounds and between training days takes longer than it used to. Also, I tend to fatigue in the later minutes of each sparring round.My experience during training over the last couple of days is that I felt sustained energy and less fatigue at the point during sparring rounds when I normally would be gassed out. I'm not sure how to best explain it but the sustained energy is not like a caffeine high or thermogenic enhanced boost... there's no jitters. It was just nice to be able to stay composed while I pushed through the training session. Oh, I should mention that during training I completely forgot I took Intra-Fight so I wasn't consciously making the supplement work for me. TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect from Intra-Fight but after trying it I had to add it to my Subscribe and Save!!
