A: Each item belong to each world/server. This sword belong to a world called Earth. So you cannot use it in other server or newly generated worlds. You should gather resources and make one yourself in each game. To craft a diamond sword, you need 2 diamond and 1 stick. Finding diamond will be a hard part, I guess. Hope this information helps.
