The best!
I have tried many brands of cacao. I don’t only bake with it. I eat it raw with dried cherries 😋 I’m so excited to find this brand! It’s organic and very clean tasting. Many other cacao brands have a bit of shell in them. When you eat it, feels like biting a rock. “Crush this” is so clean! No shells. It is definitely the best I have ever eaten. You won’t be disappointed.

No transparency about heavy metals
TCHO won't share their 3rd party testing results for heavy metals like lead and cadmium despite asking

The nibs are very bitter if you try to eat them as is.
Crush This TCHO Roasted Cacao Nibs | 3 Pack, 7.8oz each | Single-Origin, 100% Plant Based, USDA Organic, Vegan Friendly, Kosher, Non-GMO, Non-Dairy, Fair Trade Certified, Zero Sugar First impressions: That is a good amount of nibs. The packs are nice with the ziplocks. The nibs are very bitter if you try to eat them as is. Installation/setup: Open pack, use as directed in recipe. Final thoughts: I used these in a recipe to make DIY Creme de Cacao off the internet by a guy who calls himself Steve The Bartender. I’ve made a few of his recipes and they have all been delicious. DIY Creme de Cacao INGREDIENTS 750 mL Vodka or Rum high proof, 50% 500 g Cacao Nibs 3 Vanilla Beans Split Simple Syrup: 250 g Brown/Demerara Sugar 250 g Water INSTRUCTIONS Add both the cacao nibs, vanilla beans and your liquor to a swingtop bottle Rest for 2 weeks, shaking periodically Add 1:1 simple syrup to your bottle Rest for a further 1-2 days Voila, brown creme de cacao! He has a video too if you want to look for it. It smells absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to taste it in about 2 weeks lol ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Delicious for home made chocolate
We use these as the base for home made chocolate. I grind it in a chocolate melanger for 6+ hours along with cacao butter, sugar, and sometimes milk powder or other flavors. It has a really nice flavor. When ground long enough, it makes a very smooth chocolate that tempers well. I like knowing that my chocolate doesn't contain anything added if I didn't put it in there. When I make 86% dark (32 oz nibs, 4 oz cacao butter, 6 oz sugar) I indulge in moderate amounts daily without guilt.

Cocoa
The first cocoa nibs I have found that do not have the typical bitter taste.

High quality cacao nibs
This is a three pack pouch of very high quality cacao nibs. They are considered a superfood, and I didn't realize one serving has 10% of your daily iron as I could use this to assist with anemia. Each pouch is a decent size, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the healthy ingredients. If you have never tried cacao and are expecting sweetened chocolate bits, you will be disappointed since this is a different situation. When you first eat them you get the feeling of having chocolate, but your taste buds don't finish with the sweetness since it doesn't have the sugar. But that makes it such a healthier choice if you are having a sweet tooth and want a taste of chocolate. Many people use cacao for spiritual purposes and have different ceremonies. It can be used in many different ways spiritually, especially if you are going through a rebirth. Some use before meditation or other spiritual practices. You could use this in endless ways. Lately, I have been dipping bananas in different nut based butters, and you could do that but then dip it in some of these cacao nibs. I also dip a plain banana in this bag, and it sticks well. You could put it in yogurt, cereal, certain types of salads, bars, cakes, oatmeal, cookies, smoothies, shakes, ice cream dishes, the possibilities are endless. These are good in granola with blueberries. I bet a few of these in milkshakes would be excellent but making a healthier version such as like a blizzard. I love crunch in my ice cream. This brand has any different products, and they have a dairy-free chocolate that you could put some of these in. You really don't need much since the taste is pretty potent. I believe cacao has caffeine so be mindful when you're eating it. I'm very pleased, and these will all be used up quickly.
