Works Great, Worth Every Penny!
I bought this because during the winter, my eyes can get extremely dry and I heard that applying heat helps. I must say, this is a cool gadget! Some people complain about the battery because you can only use it a few times before needing to charge it (I believe I was able to use it 3 or 4 times before needing to charge it). Bit considering how much work this does, it's surprising it doesn't need to be charged more than it does. Just charging it every few times after using it is not a huge deal. This has a feature to connect it to your phone so you can listen to music while it does it's thing, which is a neat feature. You can listen to something that helps you relax while your eyes and temples get massaged. It has a remote too, so that's helpful while you're using it, then you don't have to worry about touching the wrong button on the headset. You can conveniently hit a button on the remote to control whatever you'd like to change. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked. I used it when I had a migraine and this definitely helped make it go away. So happy I purchased this, worth every penny to me!

LOVE my Renpho massager with remote control
This is my 2nd Renpho. I've had my other one for 2 1/2 years, and I use it almost daily for my sinus headaches. LOVE it! My first one was expensive, but it can no longer hold a charge, so it was time for a new one. I picked this one because of the remote control. I run mine on silent (HATE the voice!) and I don't always push the correct button to silence it. SO much easier to do with the remote. BUT my remote didn't work! I did EVERY trouble shooting suggestion- checked the battery on my charger check - and it was a good battery (blue light came on) and the blue tooth worked, but the remote did nothing to the device. I reached out to customer service and they told me to return it - and I did an Amazon swap for the same one - and got the new one today - and the battery was dead! Who knows how long it's sat in inventory - Amazon sells a 2 pack for $3, but we had one in our battery drawer and it works!! (YAY!!) I know my daughter is going to steal this when she comes home from college - so I think I'm going to order a 2nd one. It massages right where my head hurts - and the heat is amazing for allergy/headache suffers like me! My husband steals it sometimes, but it's more of a spa-experience for him, for me it's survival from constant migraines!

TLDR: It DOES help tremendously. Adjustments to the current model would be very nice.
I do love this mask! It helps my issues - which are "sinus migraines". When it's bad, strong meds won't touch the pain. A hair dryer treatment, and now this mask, does. I have complaints. Please note - they are petty. The mask is still worth having and using: #1) I have a deeply ingrained bias against machines that want to think for me - in this case, the automatic turn off. And you can not turn off the automatic turn off. I find it disruptive. #2) It DOES have a silent mode, but it's useless because you have to hear the machine talk for entirely too long, and the silent mode doesn't stay off for the next time you turn it on. I would be happy to never hear her voice, ever ever ever again. ...As long as the mask works otherwise! #3) Combination of the above. 95% of the time, the mask allows me precious, precious sleep. When it automatically turns off, that comes to an end. When the machine tells me goodbye, it is even further jarring. I want to dig that little voice box out with a miniature pick-ax. #4) As mentioned, my problem is "sinus migraines". It builds up and feels like my brain is being squeezed. The massage helps. I feel like it would help better if it would roll away from my eyes and nose, instead of toward. #5) I would love stronger heat (the highest setting could be a little higher for me). It's not weak, I just wish it were a little stronger. (Admittedly, I don't want burns!) And I would like a wider distribution of the heat. (Actually, now that I think about it, if it had wider distribution, stronger heat would be needed less.) #6) PLEASE put a switch on a future model. The buttons on it now, especially the on/off etc. button, is entirely too sensitive. (I turn it on before I put it on my head to avoid the loud and already-heard-a-million-times instructions, but so many times I have to re-do it because a hair passed over the button and it changes modes.) HM) I think it is also overpriced, but when desperate.... My husband says I look like I belong on the set of 'The Fly' when I wear it, but I can live with that. TLDR: It IS a wonderful machine. It DOES help tremendously. Adjustments to the current model would be very nice. 💜

2 thumbs up!
Great product. It really does help relax and decompress after a long day at work. The fitment on the eye seems a bit off, like too low on the nose but It's nothing concerning, just a comment. My girlfriend and kids love it.

This eye massager with heat is pure bliss! I originally bought it to help relive eye strain from long hours on my computer, but it’s turned into my favorite part of my self-care routine. The combination of gentle pressure, rhythmic massage, and soothing heat feels heavenly. Within minutes, I can literally feel the tension melting away from around my eyes and temples. The heat setting is perfectly balanced—not too hot, just warm enough to comfort tired eyes. The vibration and air compression settings are relaxing but strong enough to refresh your eyes, especially after a long day. I also love that it plays soft music or white noise through Bluetooth—such a nice touch that adds to the spa-like experience. The material is soft, comfortable, and flexible, and the head strap adjusts easily for a snug fit. It’s portable, rechargeable, and folds neatly, which makes it perfect for travel or keeping by my bed. I’ve noticed fewer headaches and a big improvement in how rested my eyes feel every morning. TIP FOR BUYERS:: Use it before bed with the lights off—it helps you unwind and drift into sleep faster. It’s also great chilled (without the heat) if you wake up with puffy eyes! If you spend hours in front of screens or just need a quick, luxurious way to relax, this eye massager is worth every penny. It’s one of those rare gadgets that actually does what it promises—and then some.

Without a doubt, the best eye massager I’ve used
I’ve reviewed at least four eye massagers for Amazon, tried at least three more, and have used a dozen or so different types of eye masks. This one is the best, I think. Not that there are no areas for improvement, but it combines simplicity with the best relaxation / massage experience. Instead of having little massaging ‘fingers’ or relying on steam, this one has a pleather covered set of bladders that inflate and deflate with bits that provide movement against your temples and over your eyes. There is also a vibration feature (off or on - that would be a potential improvement, if this could be more varied). Music options include a few naturally looping music tracks (no sound jumps, it just loops) or Bluetooth option. Heat (off or on). Set duration. Comes with a nice fabric pouch, remote, usb charging cable (no plug) in a heavy duty box with more than adequate directions. Comes in black or white. Charges in a couple of hours (the charging connection is in the nose bridge area, which keeps it covered when the unit is open for use). The elastic band is more comfortable and sized better than other options I’ve used for quick fitting and wearability. It’s simple enough, but the solid pleather piece that touches skin, the simple remote, comparatively quiet operation, clear aural directions, and great massage experience make this my favorite eye massager yet!

This has changed my life!
I get stress headaches almost daily. I'm always asking my partner to rub my temples and pinch the bridge of my nose because it just feels better when someone else does it. Needless to say, it's not his favorite activity. So I randomly met a woman that started telling me about this product and I figured I'd give it a try. The price initially gave me pause. It was $75.99 with a $15 off coupon. It's not a bank breaker, but I hesitated to spend over $60 on something I was unsure about. But I threw caution to the wind and decided to give it a try anyway. Let me tell you, knowing now what I do, I'd pay $300 for this thing. It rolls over my temples, it pinches the bridge of my nose, it relaxes me in a way I didn't know I was capable of. I used it 9 separate times yesterday. I'm considering buying a second one so I can have one at home and one at work. I've also figured out that I can wear it on my forehead to get an amazing forehead and temple massage while I'm watching TV or writing Amazon reviews. The mechanism is a bit loud and it needs to be recharged every few days. But I consider these fair trade-offs for the joy this product has brought me. I gush about it to anyone that will listen and have already convinced 4 people to buy one. I like the different settings and I really enjoy the built in music, but the Bluetooth option is a fun extra. The buttons on the device can be a little difficult to navigate when you're wearing it, but the remote is super easy to use. Again the minor cons aren't enough to warrant losing a star. This product is incredible and I know I sound dramatic, but it has absolutely changed my life!

Issues Plenty with Design, Power and User Interface
This eye massager gives a comfortable heat and compression massages. However, having used it for about three weeks, I felt that its negatives far outweigh the positives. My problems with it are mostly related to design, power and user interfacing. This eyes massager uses mostly heat and air compression. It has two massage nodes located between the eyes and temples, one on each side. The two nodes are fixed at the locations, (one on each side,) so they do not move or roll around. This massager does not have any nodes at or near the brows or temples, which are areas that I want to massage. Even since before purchasing this eye massager, I have been using my thumbs and knuckles to knead and roll through my brows and my temples — this device does not simulate those massage movements. At full charge, this eye massager lasts only three uses. Then it plays a voice notification that it has to be recharged and automatically shuts off. That means I practically have to remember to recharge it after every use. This eye massager cannot be charged and used at the same time. As shown in a product photo, the massager has to be folded to reveal the USB charging port at the bottom. When the massager is folded, it cannot be worn over the face. As mentioned before, when fully charged this massager lasts only about three uses; compounded with the problem that it cannot be charged and used at the same time, powering it becomes a huge inconvenience. Also, it took awhile to recharge the item. So, if I forgot to recharge it twice or thrice, then I would be unable to use it; I would have to leave it charging overnight and skip the eye massage for a night. When I worn the massager over my eyes, I had troubles finding the power and other buttons. Obviously this massager covered the eyes, so I could not see when I was wearing it. When I was wearing it, I had to move my fingers and feel around the massager to find the power or another button. The power button has to be press for a moment to active. Its three buttons are "contact buttons" or "touch buttons", so it was not easy to feel and find them. I could not be quite sure if my fingers were at the right spot on the power button. I often had to put a finger on a spot and press for a few second, wait for device to (not) turn on, then realize my finger was on the wrong spot, and then move my finger again to feel around and search for the power button. The three buttons — power, music, and compression — are so close together that I frequently pressed the wrong button. The buttons are also inconveniently placed on the top of the device; when I tried to adjust or slightly move the massager while using it, I often accidentally pressed the compression or music button. Its notification voice is too soft, (at the default volume level.) I could hear soft mumbling from the device but was unable to hear clearly what was being said. It was already difficult enough to not accidentally press the wrong button during a massage, so I did not want to mess around with the volume setting, (which inconveniently involves long presses of the music button.) IMO the massager should have an outlet for the user to plug in an external earphone or headphone. I would rather listen to a earphone or headphone than to the mostly inaudible mumbling from the massager. My massager came with a remote control, but I kept the remote in the product box because I already have too many remotes in my home. I generally try to avoid adding more/using remotes. About the remote control: my eye massager is in black. Why is the remote in white? I prefer more forceful, intense massages. I tried to use my palms to press down the massager onto my eyes — which caused my right palm to unintentionally press the power/music/compression button. So I had to raise my palm and fingers in a cup shape to press down the massager, which still often touched a button unintentionally. When I used my palms to press down the massager and missed, the center of the device (where it is folded) could clip and hurt my palms. Some last words about the battery: this massager has an internal battery. The battery is sealed inside the unit and cannot be replaced. All rechargeable batteries degrade over time, which means a rechargeable battery can hold less and less charge as time passes. If a new device with its new rechargeable battery can only last three uses when fully charged, I know the battery is gonna be a problem down the road in a year or two; and the device cannot be charged and used at the same time, which means the device will become useless in a few years when its irreplaceable battery becomes too degraded and holds less and less charge.

Totalement conquise

massaggiatore oculare molto piacevole e rilassante
