As a guy, I never thought I'd be writing a review about a menstrual heating pad, but here I am, singing its praises like it's the hero of our household – because it totally is! I keep telling everyone I know about this product. I've wasted so much money on single use heating packets, I'm glad I gave this one a chance. For $16, you can't beat it. I have chronic pain from endometriosis/pelvic floor issues, and this is a life saver! It's small enough to wear under my clothes at work and goes unnoticed. My only complaint is that it does take 3 hours to charge, as it's battery life is 3 hours. But it does heat up well. I don't use the vibration and I've never gotten burnt. Other than the time limit, it's an awesome device and way to save money.

Pros: portable, gets pretty hot (I wear it over my clothing to protect my skin), small/doesn’t get in the way, comfortable/soft elastic band, pretty pink color Cons: short battery life (I have to charge it after one use which is like 3-4 hours), maybe too small of a coverage area (only covers about 4-5 inches of surface area), vibration is loud/no discreet Overall, gets the job done and is comfortable for everyday use!

Ho provato questa fascia riscaldante e massaggiante durante il mio ciclo e devo dire che è davvero comoda. Ti tiene ben caldo e aiuta a rilassare i muscoli, riducendo leggermente il mal di pancia. Ovviamente non elimina completamente il dolore, ma sicuramente lo allevia un po', rendendo il periodo più tollerabile. La trovo molto utile nei giorni più dolorosi, anche se va usata insieme ad altri rimedi. Il materiale è morbido e confortevole, e si adatta bene al corpo. Consigliata a chi cerca un po’ di sollievo nei giorni del ciclo!

Looks nice. I tried it on third day period pain and it doesn’t relieve my pain. Unfortunately! If it doesn’t work for third day period pain it sure doesn’t work for first day pain. It’s just isn’t warm enough. To bad! I really wanted to make it work.

Bought “instant heat” pads for 15 yr old daughter. She sufffers from adhd, as most kids do these days, so forever losing, forgetting to reorder, forgetting to use when she has them. Swore blind they were a miracle cure for her period pains. Fast forward 3 months - “why don’t you use these again, why haven’t you asked me to buy again etc. etc” Thought I’d check on an “everlasting solution”. Found this. Not one to review unless a damn good reason. This is one of those. It claims it doesn’t work for everyon, and other reviewers confirm that. It seems for the vast majority it does. It begs the question (for me at least as a concerned father and once husband) how on earth these devices (and the short term single use pads) aren’t used as a default by almost all women round the world. For my daughter, the single use pads and now this “never run out, always on” COMPLETELY eliminates her period pains / literally within a minute or so of applying. Last night, second using, she fell asleep with it still going, something that would have normally taken hours to achieve with all the associated pain - to the extent she woke up the next am 100% refreshed, but found the device had run out of charge - of course it had. She’d almost mediates cellar asleep, pain free. A first for all the years since she started menstruating. I just cannot believe there are so many (ie almost all) women around the world that put up ( and the rest of the family too) with the monthly cycle of misery whether is a £16 solution that will remove that pain FOR LIFE! I know it’s a sample of one in my case. But she would NEVER admit to something like this working for her unless it was a more than 100% “cure”. I say again - why on earth are there so many women out there who allow their and others lives to be a misery 4 days every month for 30 years or more when ther is this blindingly simple and brilliant solution? No - apparently won’t work for everyone- but look at other reviews. Appears to be around 85% successful. Do yourself or someone you care about a favour. And if it doesn’t work, return it - what have you got to lose?! Este producto lo compramos para atender el dolor provocado por el dolor menstrual, la vibración dejó de funcionar y solo se ha utilizado durante dos periodos, este iba a ser el tercero pero dejó de funcionar. Una pena, nunca sufrió golpes ni nada, si me siento estafado.
