Heavy duty with excellent magnetic force to hold up! Perfect to block the heat from my new furnace going to the upstairs bedroom. It was like Miami up there! Now it is perfect. The temperature is absolutely perfect! Thank you for your excellent product!

Perfect fit over the vents w room to spare.. the magnet is think and has a strong hold. I think they will work nicely blocking out drafts. Time will tell but all in all happy w my purchase and would recommend to anyone !

Great product to place over vents you don't want to use in your home, very functional in getting air to the areas you want to have air by cutting off air in other areas. Saves money by cutting off unwanted air flow, oversized so it covers the vent completely. Very strong magnet, very thick so they don't move much once on the vent.

I thought I would have to trim this 8-inch version but it fits almost perfectly on my return air vents. The magnetic force is excellent, holding firm to one-another in the packing, but strong enough to give confidence it will hold to the vent while you adjust to center it on the opening. These are fairly think and could probably be used for sigsnge on your car or truck. I am very pleased with this purchase.

These offer an easy way to control the temperature in our basement. When we use air conditioner up stairs it really gets cold downstairs. Even with the vents closed, cold air still gets through. These are simple to put over some of the vents and they cling well. We just make sure we have enough vents open to allow proper air flow for our HVAC system.

Decent thickness and feels like they do the job. We cover because we live in a house that sat vacant for years and don’t use the furnace. Super easy to install but they don’t stay put very well. I wouldn’t say they were worth as much as we paid.

Dadurch das ich in einem doch etwas älteren Gebäude lebe das vom Altenheim zu Wohnungen umfunktioniert wurde. Gibt es einige Merkwürdigkeiten. Eine davon ist das ich überall lüftungsschachte habe in den Räumen selbst. Diese lüftungsschachte zu säubern wie mir empfohlen wurde scheitert daran das die teile richtig verklebt/eingemauert wurden sind. Also ich krieg das Teil eh nicht auf und eigentlich mag ich nicht so richtig rein schauen. Keine Ahnung warum der Bauch sagt lass es einfach bleiben. Unschön ist es trotzdem. Durch einige andere Sachen bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Die Blätter sind sehr stabil und magnetisch. Den Satz einfach andrücken bis es hält stimmt nicht so ganz. Ich habe mit einer Leim bzw. Klebelösung nachgeholfen das es auch fest ist. Dadurch das es als verkleidung für lüftungschacht gedacht ist, gehe ich davon aus das die Anbringung kein Problem darstellt. Weil was für Luftstrom durchfliesst weiß man ja nicht so ganz genau. Von daher tut was es soll und die Lüftungsgitter verschandeln nicht mehr das Gesamtbild. Ordentliche lösung für dieses Problemchen. 1 Punkt abzug weil ich mit kleber nachhelfen musste das es wirklich hält die magnetische Wirkung ist zu schwach an diesem Punkt um vertikal was abzudecken.

Works great and the magnet is really strong that it works for metal registers in the ceiling. Blocks unwanted heat in our basement bedroom especially at night when a family member turns up the heat and the room gets cooking.

Excellent. We use them in the basement and they stick to the ceiling registers very well. Much easier to control the level of heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer

I guess it is not any different from fully closing the vent. I do close the vents and put these on top to ensure there is no whistling noise and unwanted cold or warm air passing through.

Works better than I thought it would. My room was intolerable with the furnace running and my pc running at the same time in winter; the heat was just too much. This vent cover sealed up that vent so nicely I don’t have to worry about the heat anymore
