Adidas Powerband BOA Boost Golf Shoes

With the boa system, you cannot control the tightness of one area of the shoes like you can with laces.First off, I wear size 10 medium in virtually everything I buy. The toe box on these shoes is great. But behind the toes it gets extremely narrow, as if my foot is shaped like a fork. If I leave the boa system loose enough to prevent pain in my mid-foot while wearing these, my heel slips out. The first time I took these to the course, I had to take them off before I teed off. The next time, I powered through a 9-hole round. I knew my feet were hurting, but they were bruised the next day, too. That's the first time that's ever happened in my life. The next time, still optimistic I could make them work and they'd stretch out, I wore much thicker socks (counter intuitive, I know), which allowed me to barely tighten the boa laces, but my heel didn't slip. You know what? That wasn't too bad, and though I had minor discomfort, there was no lingering pain. So, are the stretching or do I need to only wear them with thicker socks to keep my heel locked in? With only three data points, I'm not sure. I do know this, these shoes are much more narrow behind the toe joinints than other shoes.That said, if they fit your feet, they grip well, and I think there really is more than marketing-speak to the Boost concept. If you've got the right foot shape (or wrong one, depending on you point of view) maybe they're a five-star shoe.

Very nice golf shoes. Only 6 spikes on the bottom instead on the 7 that I was used to wearing. They're missing the spike closest to the toe but I felt no negative effects even on very wet grass. The BOA lace system worked well. I need to re-tighten the shoes once every round but that's no problem.If you have trouble tying laces (arthritis/flexibility issues) these shoes will be a welcomed relief. Simply push the button and twist until they feel snug and you're done! I rate them 5 stars for the price. There are like;y much better shoes out there but these work quite well.

gotta say this is the best golf shoes I have ever had, had some low end FJ (can feel every single studs below), Adidas (it's in fact quite good too, just not very good on shock absorbing), UA Jordan Spieth shoes (this is awful, feet bled during breaking in and the outer area of the sole is so hard, when the middle of the sole sinked after wearing for a month, these hard area became pressure points and hurts my feet)but these Adidas shoes didn't have any of those issues which I had with other shoes I had, and it's super comfy. esp on the heel you can literally feel it bounces.great product and I highly recommend it.

great deal and awesome comfortable shoe. Have yet to see how waterproof they are but having Adidas golf shoes before, i believe there up to par. I would get BOA laces on all my shoes if I could. Update Mar 8, played 72 holes with them and absolutely no disappointment. amazing shoes

The thing that I like most about this is the tightening knob. That’s the main thing. You don’t have to fool around with laces. Easy on, easy off. I’ve had mine for over 6 months and it hasn’t failed me yet. I also bought one for my nephew months ago and plan to buy him another one for Xmas. He also loves it. I buy a half size longer because it’s narrow (I usually buy EEE which are hard to find) for me. My nephew wears the same size as me (9.5), so I try it on first to make sure before wrapping it.

These are awesome golf shoes in most ways. Not only are they great looking, but they are super easy to "lace up" with just a twist. I'm completely sold on the BOA system. There are a couple of things that I wish were better, though. First, they run a bit narrow, so my wider left foot has to be left a little looser, which makes the ankle slip around a bit. Second, while they are great for riding in a golf cart, and they definitely grip the ground well, they are not as comfortable for walking as other shoes I've owned. My FootJoys are still the way to go for walking rounds.

Got the wrong size shipped to me by mistake. Got 11 1/2 instead of 11 but I really thought the shoes Were so comfortable that I just had to keep them. The only issue is, there’s a little discomfort at first when you squat down to read a part from the BOA Tightening device in the instep when Squatting like a catcher. You get used to it and it’s no big deal long-term. I would highly recommend the shoes.

I really like the looks of the shoes! The boa lacing system work great and you can be very precise with amount of tightness you want. These shoes feel very lite weight and offer great support and stability, I have played about 5 rounds in them so far and they still look like new so I think the long term durability will be good. To me they do run about a 1/2 size smaller than other brands like sketchers for example. I normally wear a size 11 shoe in normal width and I got the Adidas in size 11.5 wide and they fit great with a nice roomy toe box.

Me encantan estos tenis. Trae el sistema de BOA para amarrarlos, tiene ADI BOOST como suela y amortiguamiento, lo cual los hace ideales para caminar cómodamente, trotar o correr. La parte superior es de piel negra y lucen muy bien. Gran calidad de materiales.

Excelente par de tenis, pero dura muy poco el aspecto de nuevo, se fisuran y decoloran externamente, siguen siendo muy cómodos y prácticos por su sistema de ajuste

Un poco amplio. Esperaba meQuedará más justo al pie. SinEmbargo es un excelente producto.
