Will these fit a Wahl Rex dog clipper?

No these will not fit your Rex clipper, but these will: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0052WT728. David Noakes, Diamond Edge Ltd.

Do these fit a Wahl Super Taper ?

Looking at the base of the clippers, they're not flat, so the combs might not sit properly. I would order them to try, and send them back if they're not suitable. I've had the same set for 10 years or so, they are very good combs.
