I like that this is a grass feed protein shake with simple ingredients and no artificial sweeteners. I need 30 grams of protein first thing in the morning and 30 grams before bedtime. I try to get 100 to 130 grams of protein in my diet each day to maintain muscle mass. These shakes really help me to meet my protein goals daily. I love the chocolate flavor best. I'm not a fan of their vanilla flavor. As a diabetic, I can have a sweet and one of these shakes to balance each other out. They really help me to control my food cravings and not spike my blood sugar. Oh, and the sweet cream coffee flavor is good too!

I have enjoyed these protein shakes. It is a quick and easy way to get a good bit of protein. A very slight after taste, but overall I have gotten used to the flavor. They are especially helpful if you have to get out the door quickly and are looking for a high quality drink to fill up your stomach for a few hours.

My younger sister, who is a firefighter and all around healthy individual, told me about Jocko Molk. I struggle to get enough protein in my diet, as I am not a big meat eater and often want something to eat/drink on the go. I absolutely love Jocko Molk. The chocolate Jocko Milk has a nice consistency, not too thick and not too thin. The flavor is delicious and it doesnt taste like a protein drink. I also really like that is has a low total sugars of only 2 grams. I've definitely noticed being more energized and less hungry throughout the day. I would high recommend Jocko Molk!

The chocolate flavor is nice and dark. Ingredients say no artificial sugar, not sure exactly what “monk fruit” is but i detect a bit of a weird after taste. Not as bad as most protein drinks that i detest that “sucrolse” after taste. All in all, pretty good for a 30g protein drink, without all the sugar free crap.

Jocko is very clean if you can afford them if the dark chocolate is too strong for you, add a little cream to those that are on a high protein fat diet
