This cup is awesome! We recently lost our little man in a very traumatic incident. He was snatched out of my husbands arms by a pit bull and killed.He was a rescue and he loved my husband totally. I have designed and purchased three of these mugs so far. Love that you can get a larger size and love the quality of the mug and the artwork that they glase on to it. They left off the "e" on one of the words on one mug but had GREAT customer service to correct it and replace it and expedite shipping back to me for free. I would definitely recommend them.

While I did receive two good items (that would have each earned 4-5 stars), I received another with a little speck under the lamination (not the end of the world, it’s at my work), but then I received one that was badly chipped. So I tried to contact the seller. They don’t take returns even though they delivered a totally defective item. Since the chances of your item being received as expected seem to be about 50%, you should think of the real cost of this item as double what it is. I would have gone with a different company if I knew it would go this way (nonexistent customer service).

The mugs look great and retain their color even after use and washing. However, the handles are a bit fragile and tend to crack with minimal bumps and impacts.
