Excellent scale, seems v-accurate (i bake bread) and is lovely to have it rechargable too

Been using these scales daily for over 2 years now. They do everything I need. Internal battery seems to last for ever and charges really quickly. Have probably charged it 5 times in the 2 years, so pretty impressive. Not used all the functions, just the weighing one for coffee. Not sure what a more expensive scale would get you.

I needed a reasonably precise and accurate scale for use within my home espresso making workflow (meaning that the timer functionality is a requirement). There are lots of options on the market that fulfill these criteria, but most of the scales that are "well known" in the specialty coffee community are quite expensive. Of the cheaper and less well known brands, it can be quite difficult to tell which are going to last and provide good value for money. This particular product was reasonably priced and had good reviews. It is a purchase I'm very glad I made. Sure it could probably be more more accurate, and more responsive, but it does the job it claims it will. I have only 2 minor complaints: 1) the "touch" buttons aren't ideal, as sometimes I realise that my press hasn't been registered at a crucial moment in my workflow. 2) when left alone for a few moment, I start to see the weight value steadily drop, making me doubt the accuracy a little. However, if you're looking for a robust, reliable scale that isn't going to break the bank, and will allow you to progress your specialty coffee journey, then I'd highly recommend this product!

Scales seem accurate, and do a great job at weighing my beans, water volume and timing brew times. Love the fact they're rechargeable with usb-c. Charge lasts a wee while as well. Would buy again.

Honestly I can't really fault this little thing because it's cheap and effective. If you just want to add a tiny bit more consistency to your Aeropress coffee, this is honestly fine. The timer works, the scale works, the tare functionality is easy to get used to (it will zero to whatever you have on the scale before you switch it on for instance). The built-in battery lasts long enough and charges quickly enough that charging it is not an annoyance. Do I think really serious coffee nerds would want a better scale? Yes. It's not a luxury item. But if you're trying to add a small amount of extra process to your Aeropress coffee for the lowest cost, this is fine, IMO.

Stopped working after just a few uses. Weight value wouldn't go above 0g. Lifting the scales still displays negative values. Was as if the scale had something too heavy on it but it never had anything over ~600g. Not sure of any way to recalibrate it. Perhaps it was just my unit was faulty but I just missed the return window.

From the moment I placed my espresso glass on it, I could tell this scale meant business. The precision appears to be razor-sharp and precise, measuring down to 0.1 grams, which is exactly what you need when dialing in that golden coffee-to-water ratio. The built-in timer is a game-changer too. No more fumbling with a separate timer or awkwardly checking my phone while trying to maintain a steady pour. Everything is in one place, making my morning coffee routine feel almost professional. It is sleek, compact, and easy to clean, which is a relief because coffee grounds have a way of getting absolutely everywhere if you're not uber careful. The display is clear, the buttons are responsive, and the weight readings are fast and consistent. Whether I’m pulling a shot of espresso, making pour-over, or weighing the shot, it has handled everything perfectly. It came about a third charged, so I popped it onto my regular phone charger (it's USB-C). Only downside is if it is switched off during the charge process, there doesnt appear to be any indication of when it's fully charged. But remidied simply by unplugging it and turning it on to see. I won't knock rating points off for that. If you are the kind of person who eyeballs measurements and hopes for the best, this scale might change your ways. It takes the guesswork out of brewing and lets you focus on what really matters, sipping a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.

Great little scale. I won't give it 5 stars as maybe a bigger surface would have been better for me and also as sometimes it seems to "adjust" by itself, going up or down a little randomly. But it could be due to my surface too. I would buy it again.

So far this scale has been working great for me. I haven't put batteries in it because it arrived with the internal battery fully charged. I haven't even had to charge it yet. I've been using it multiple times a day for the past month and the battery is still around 50% charged. The internal battery can't be replaced and will eventually die, so the fact that I can also use regular AAA batteries is really nice. The scale is also just the right size for me, not too big and not too small.

super preis-leistungsverhältnis. gute größe, gut zu bedienen und liefert auch exakte wiege-ergebnisse. funktioniert besser als manche teurere waage.

Je suis très exigeant quant à la préparation du "pour over" café. Moudre et peser les graines et verser de l'eau au bon moment. Je n'ai cet appareil que depuis quelques semaines et le prix et la qualité sont une bonne affaire par rapport à d'autres qui font la même chose plusieurs fois plus cher sans aucun autre avantage. Il est très précis et n'a eu aucun décalage par rapport à mon appareil précédent qui n'avait pas de minuterie. Alors oui, si bien verser un café est un moment zen pour vous, ça marche pour moi. Excellente valeur !
