Mismatch
The item shown in order & the one supplied are different. Photo looks sturdy but what is received is very crude with poor finish. Also, the hook doesn't stay & the door shuts. Hence it cannot be used to trap rat. Very disappointed

Effective mouse trap
Ever since I've used this trap, have caught 4 troublesome big rats that had been ravaging my balcony garden... rather than plain piece of roti or bread, apply cheese and/or peanut butter on it as bait to get best results.

Disrespectful return policy
Sending damaged product and refusing to return. I sent it back immediately as he didn't let me check if the product was in good condition. I've already had this problem multiple times.
