Perfect and pink
Been meaning to get these for ages. This set no complaints. Got these to add to my home work out kit that I take to work when working away. Only used once so far but they did the job perfectly.I have spine issues and and to stop doing things like burpees and mountain climbers but using these I found the smooth controlled movement didn't seem to aggravate the injured areas.

I bought these innocuous looking pinky girly discs, expecting an equally lady-like workout That illusion lasted for about 2 or 3 "strides" (in place) on these sliders before I realized they cause even military special forces to weep for mercy! I tell you, these are probably the best invention on this planet since sliced bread !! Loads of exercises to try in the E book. FAB product.

Great core workout
Love these, certainly test my core. Can use them anywhere and fit nicely in a travel bag should you be so inclined. Lots of excercises out there but do get an email from the provider containing a link to specific excercies.

Aspetto e utilizzo
Il pacco è arrivato nei tempi previsti e ben confezionato. Insieme ai dischi vi verrà recapitato via mail un e-book molto utile con varie possibilità di esercizi da fare e 3 programmi di allenamento.I dischi sono ben fatti, personalmente pensavo che facessero meno attrito sul pavimento ma probabilmente questo li rende più sicuri nell'utilizzo, anche se rendono un po' più ostica l'esecuzione degli esercizi rispetto alle mie aspettative.

I dischi hanno una doppia faccia una liscia per le superfici più morbide e una atta a scivolare sulle superfici dure, senza bisogno di fodere. Dal sito della ditta è anche possibile scarcare un ebook con esercizi illustrati che ho molto apprezzato. Buon prodotto a prezzo conveniente, consigliato.

Il prodotto sembra svolgere bene la sua funzione, forse non è adatto a tutti i tipi di superfici e il diametro è un po piccolo. Per il resto un buon acquisto

Non mi ha soddisfatto lo facevo più duro, ai primi esercizi si è graffiato tutto.Bisognerebbe avere il parquet, magari andrebbero bene non so.
