We love New Mexico Hatch Green Chile. Now, thanks to Zia and Amazon, we are able to order it to add to our favorite green chile recipes! It’s a great substitute for the delicious fresh green chile served in a lot of New Mexico restaurants.

Really expensive, flavorful but underwhelming
We've bought other items from this brand and loved them. I must not have paid enough attention to the jar size because these are pretty small for the price. I bought one medium and one hot and the medium while tasting good, has almost no heat at all and the hot is more like a medium at best.
