Absolutely useless junk. Did not heat to a hot temperature on the highest setting, and then once it did reach its maximum heat, it failed to retain the heat and the thermostat kept shutting off then restarting again once the grill had cooled (while not cooking our food). After waiting for 20 mins with barely cooked sausages (that could still be picked up by hand!) and kebabs, we ended up having to finish the rest of our food in the air fryer. It did the burgers ok but after a LONG time of waiting.Not recommended.

First time we used this the grill heated up fine, as soon as we added the food it switched itself off, had to keep trying to turn it back on, in the end gave up and finished cooking the food on the gas hob. Explained to the company who supplied the grill, they were great and sent another one out, but this had exactly the same fault, so I got a full refund in the end. Fair play to the supplier, they were great but I don't rate this product.

Worked great for the first two times. Since then every time I use it the heat cuts out and stops cooking. End up throwing most foods away as it does not cook properly. Have to keep unplugging it leaving for five mins and re plug back in just to get some minor heat. Unable to get a refund and would not recommend.

Plate heats up fine but once target temperature reached it turns off for about 5 mins during which time temperature drops so much the food stops cooking. Poor quality thermostat? I just checked on some other reviews and seems like others reporting same issue....

Item is absolutely terrible, it went on fire at the first use, it was misshapen and badly packaged, not worth your time, I would not recommend this to anyone, avoid at all costs!!

Not sure. But didn’t suit us even to make an omelette. Had to return within a week. The timer automatically switches off and delays the process.

I have used this twice and trying the third time . But for some reason it’s not working .

Doesn’t heat up and still waiting for refund

Ottimo prodotto, soprattutto il rapporto qualità - prezzo. È stato un regalo molto gradito, molto semplice da pulire e si riscalda in pichissimi minuti. Unica pecca è la presa che ha bisogno di un adattatore (in teoria compreso ma nel mio ordine non c'era).

It is nice and I like it!

Cette plancha est parfaite, elle permets de faire cuire environs 30 saucisses. elle n'est pas très large, mais ça suffit amplement. Elle chauffe rapidement et cuit rapidement les aliments. C'est très facile de la nettoyer, personnellement j'utilise des glaçons et je frotte avec les spatules livrées avec. Le bas permet de récupérer les résidus facilement.Seul bémol, le câble d'alimentation est assez court, il faut impérativement une rallonge pour l'utiliser
