What's the distance between the 2 mounting holes (center-to-center)?

Just measured mine. It is .750 ( 3/4 inch ), from center to center of the hole.

Does this come with mlok bolts? if so, why aren't they in the picture!

Mine came with the appropriate hardware for attachment. Most likely they aren't in the picture because they weren't photographed.

Have an moe m lock hand guard some say it fits others say no ... Will it fit securely

This is not the mount for a MOE handguard. Magpul makes a special mount for MOE handguards, part# MAG-528 MAS QD-MOE mount. You will need to drill a hole in your handguard with the supplied hole saw. Very easy to install this but make sure you buy the Magpul MAG-528 MAS QD-MOE mount. Watch videos on YouTube.

What's the spacing between these holes? can you remove the mlok mechanism and use it with standard hex/allen screws?

The hole spacing is .750 ( 3/4 inch ), center to center of hole. You could use it with Allen screws however, if you intend to mount it to a flush surface, the M-lok mount has nubs on the back that you would have to file / grind off. The nubs are .060 high. Not a big deal and would totally work.
