It’s ok and does cool the area but I did fine it heated up quicker than I would have liked.

I keep in the freezer and use it around my ankle I didn’t tried hot its nylon it will be damage in the microwave

I ordered these ice packs for my mother thinking that they will help her recover from pain in knees and shoulders . Let’s see. But overall the delivery was fast and packing was also good . It’s a useful product specially when you have elders at home . Thanks

Its great , but the size is kind of small.

Not useful at all

It is a good product in a bad design. It freezes well and easily reusable but the strap Location is not well designed as its hard to make it grip on my arm or knee.
