Foldable Easy Reach Pick Up Reaching Claw Long Arm Gripper Grabber Helping Hand Tool

I bought this for a relative & she loves it. I only recieved it today, so can't speak for its durability, which some reviewers have called into question. However, my relative has only been using it a matter of hours & has already said she doesn't know how she coped without it!It took a few days to arrive but it was still delivered within the maximum time &, given it came from China, for me, that's pretty good!I'd recommend it. Plus, it's a very good price & really easy to use.

This will grip a piece of paper flat on the floor and fold it into the jaws with friction. the jaws open wide to pick up empty drink cans or larger plastic bottles. However trying to pick up anything heavy is not possible as the jaws are sprung metal not a solid frame. Picking small litter is very easy.One major issue i have had is the screw holding the rubber tips on have both unscrewed in use and they both fell off. A cable tie, or a tiny nut and bolt is what i've used to replace the screw and now the rubber bits won't come off.

Good quality but not as sturdy as I would have liked. Rubber ends do come in handy as they grip better than usual plastic ones.

It took a while to reach me but it did the job perfectly. I had 'lost' two sections of drain clearing rod when ayttempting to clear a blocked sink drain. I could see the sections end but couldnt fathom what device or tool I could use as it needed to articulate.This did on a second attempt and I was well pleased.

the claws on this grabber is cheap and thin it doesnt puck up anything as heavy as a tin or even a bag of pasta....waste of money

Purchased for a friend. Item not as sturdy as I had hoped; some rough, plastic burrs on the handle required filing off before I could give the item to her. Although it feels flimsy, it does pick up surprisingly heavy items (large cans of fruit for example, from the floor). The locking handle means less strain on the hand when transporting the grabbed item - handy for arthritis sufferers. Friend is very pleased with it

Had the more expensive type from lidl. Wife broke both of them. I got her this one from amazon. Wife claims not as fancy looking that the older ones but works. And from my own study of the think although it looks cheaper physically it's much steadier. Movement is transferred with thin steel cable. Expansive lidl one was plastic glued on plastic that broke!.there's a pin to hold it open. Feels like it's very cheap. But it does lock into place, and it's unlikely we'll ever fold it again anyway.Would recommend, and will actually buy another on today!.
