Safe option - Recommended
As expected, phone arrived in blank cardboard box. Inside were phone in bubble wrap envelope and the 20 point inspection card, unsigned. There are three very small (smaller than pinpoint) spots on phone, not damage - it looks actually if anodizing didn't take. That is only damage. Battery has been replaced and at 100% capacity (iOS recognizes it as "used") I have run tests on everything but wireless charging and it appears all functions as new. Given the number of scams out there on older iPhones, this is a reliable and safe option. I am very satisfied with my purchase and like the indigo color.

Renewed Premium feels like a brand new phone
I paid a little extra for the "renewed premium" iPhone 13 Mini and feel like it was a great deal. The phone came with 99% max capacity battery, no scratches or dents - basically looks and feels brand new. It probably helps that this was a nice upgrade from my old iPhone SE (2nd Gen). No complaints, just a happy customer!

Dead battery, do not buy.
The battery is completely dead. It won't charge past 1%. It allowed my original iPhone to start the process of transferring data over but stopped after it added my passcode and WiFi info. Other than that, the phone is completely useless. I cannot access any settings, no drop down menu to even to check the battery percentage. The phone said in order to complete set up, the new IOS needs to be updated yet you cannot download the update unless the phone is at 20% battery. Now my passcode and wifi are attached to a phone that I am returning. I tried to restore it on my computer but it keeps showing an error message and on the phone, it shows the apple support website. This is absolutely ridiculous. I received a certificate showing a list of items tested on the phone and it's signed off by a "specialist", clearly this was not tested and this certificate is fake. I am incredibly frustrated, I spent over an hour trying to restore this broken phone before returning it but that is impossible. I wouldn't trust this seller, battery testing is one of the simplest things to do on a phone, this should have never happened. What a waste of time, energy and money!!!

Arrived in good condition – check iOS release level
The phone arrived on the day it was predicted. It was in good condition. No scratches on the screen or body. Started right up. Nice to know that other people took good care of their phones like I have every one of mine. There was an issue with migrating my data from my older phone to the new one. It turns out that my older phone had a newer operating system. Note to other buyers: be sure to go past the stuff about migrating your data right away with your old phone. Make sure you update the new phone to the same operating system level as your old phone. I wound up going into a store and having one of the techs poke around on the buttons until she could get the thing to upgrade. No problems after that. It would’ve been much simpler had the Apple migration tool simply offered the opportunity to get the operating systems matched. I guess they haven’t thought of that use case yet. The battery app reported that it could charge to 100%. That remains true two weeks later. Overall an excellent replacement for my iPhone 12 mini. I’ll use this post as one more opportunity to tell the world that we need more small phones! I am tired of handling phones that feel like a pizza box!

Very happy with the purchase
I got the premium version and it came in a sealed box that said "Amazon Renewed". Very well packaged. The phone had no visible scratches and looks new. Battery life was at 94%, so it exceeded expectations. It took 10 minutes at T-Mobile to swap may old phone for this one and the entire re-load process was quick and easy. Very happy with the purchase

Probably one of the most practical options out there
In brief; The iPhone 13 Mini is the smallest flagship on the market; this makes it the most practical phone for those who mostly use their smartphone as a communication device and little besides. A screen protector is a must. The Renewed Premium phone arrived in excellent condition and has given me no issues in six months of use. I recommend it. In detail: ---Preamble--- I didn't buy a cell phone until mid-2008, and didn't buy a smartphone until early-2019. Both decisions were provoked by starting a new job. I've never been a heavy phone user; I receive less than twenty-five texts from actual humans a year, and maybe a phone call every other month. I only use my smartphone for calls, texts, checking email/calendar, navigation, alarm, and on occasion, checking into events or to take pictures. My app usage is limited to train tickets. As a result, I don't need much from my phone. I like having something fairly powerful, so it will run smoothly for as long as possible before I have to replace it. I didn't want anything too expensive, which is why I ignored Sony's offerings. I wanted a decent support cycle, which is why I ignored the Zenfones. I wanted something with reliable HW, which is why I didn't go with a Pixel. I wanted it to have WiFi calling/texting. I specifically wanted something small and compact, as my main complaint about my prior smartphone was how large it was. I would have replaced it earlier, but it was an Android and since the demise of the Sony Xperia Compact line there were no US-market small Android smartphones produced by anyone. I didn't want to make the transition to the Apple ecosystem, since this would be my one and only Apple device, so I dragged my feet even for a year after my old phone stopped voluntarily connecting to the cell network. Eventually I decided that I spend more time carrying my phone around than using it, and therefore form factor was more important than OS. ---Review--- I would never have purchased this at its original retail price, but it was definitely worth it at $450, particularly with the Amazon Renewed Premium Program. It arrived in a condition indistinguishable from new, at least to my eye. Setup was easy enough, though despite assertions otherwise the automated process of moving Android data to the Apple was not perfectly smooth and I had to make a number of adjustments after the fact. As a result of making this transition, I still run my Google apps on the iPhone - Authenticator, Calendar, Mail, and Maps in particular. I don't plan on changing those any time soon, but it does introduce some confusion into the workflow on the phone. For current Android users, there are some significant downsides. The loss of the ability to customize the environment is painful, even after six months. I am fairly technically capable and so appreciate the ability to make minor tweaks and adjustments to everything, and iOS constantly fights you on this. I would like my small icons back, and my ability to arrange them as I see fit. The lack of robust gesture/tap support, and limited gadget/widget customizability means you need to spend more time navigating than before. iOS's reputation for a janky file system presentation is well deserved, it can be hard to tell where files are going or have gone. In a non-Apple environment, HEIC complicates file storage and backup, though there are workarounds. The messaging app, for who knows what reason, doesn't have an archive option and just lists every conversation you've ever had in one long list on the main page, and requires an extra tap after the swipe to delete anything. There's no easy way to skip or snooze all alarms. All things I can put up with, though for the first month I was rather stroppy. I adapted to the UI quickly, but again I only use very few functions on the phone in my day-to-day life. I was able - with some frustration - to pair a set of Samsung Galaxy Buds, though you can only configure them through an Android device. Build quality seems excellent; however, do not take this phone out of its package unless you have a screen protector waiting for it. I was uncommonly gentle with this thing for the four days I was waiting for the protector to arrive, storing it in a pocket which had a clean cotton handkerchief padding the screen, and I -still- ended up with a significant enough scratch that it is still visible under the screen protector in direct sunlight. Don't risk it. HW and SW performance in contrast is flawless. I agree with the common sentiment that the iOS experience is very smooth, though I may be biased on account of my previous phone being on its way out at the time of transition. Battery life for me is probably two days and well into the third. That sounds good, perhaps, but my screen-on time is very low - I'm guessing between zero and ten minutes a day, with most of it on the low end, the only exception being during navigation. It is not unusual for multiple days to pass where my only interaction with my phone is to turn off the alarm. I would expect longer battery life under such circumstances, but I suppose that so long as it lasts all day it doesn't really matter. Lastly, I would say the sacrifice for the form factor was definitely worth it. I keep my phone in a cargo pocket and it is much lighter and less bulky now, especially when crouching down. 100% worth prioritizing that feature. ---Conclusion--- Like I said above, if you are like me - you are someone who doesn't need a lot of screen real-estate, power, or extensive battery life, but still wants to have the full functionality of a smartphone for irregular use, this is probably the best choice on the market. It was worth the transition from Android and the ongoing annoyance of Apple's eccentricities of design. I would recommend it, and will consider getting the next iPhone Mini, if Apple ever releases one.

Been searching for a “brand new” iPhone 13 mini and my son had recommended Hybrid IT & glad I did!
Where do I begin? The package arrived earlier than expected, the package was delivered in good condition. When you open the “Amazon renewed premium” white cardboard box you will find the device, (in my case it is the iPhone 13 mini in (product) RED. Upon inspection the device had no visible signs of any cosmetic damage whatsoever. The device booted up with no problems and it was an absolutely stunning experience for us, (my son especially) in the box, you get a receipt from the seller and warranty information, a card with the phones IMEI with a checklist of the 20+ point inspection along with the testing specialist’s signature. The battery health percentage was at a lower 92% which was a bit lower than I’d expected given the last device had a full 100% battery health percentage. It did give me an option to add AppleCare + (which I did) and as far as I can tell there’s been nothing on here that has had to be fixed, repaired or replaced. The camera is excellent and just what you’d expect from a 13 model, the small but not too small screen fits perfectly in your hand, you can put it in your pocket without having a huge bulge, the most comfortable iPhone since the iPhone 5s/SE first Gen. I did drop the device in the few minutes I didn’t have my case on and it dented the top left corner of the back of the frame near the camera bump. The fall was only about an inch and a half so it’s a first in my entire life of owning an iPhone where I got a dent from a two inch drop and it’s irking me that I can’t get it fixed. But I have had an iPhone mini before, both models and the durability is top notch if you wear a case. Camera quality is amazing, especially when you consider that it is almost 3 years old now! I would rate this seller as well as the item a solid 10/10! Definitely recommend and if you’re hesitant, don’t be. Their customer support is extremely friendly and reliable. I want to give a shout out to Hybrid IT Support for their service and help me get the right product for my son’s birthday! Although I wish I would have went with the blue color and more storage. I will definitely be buying from this company again!

All as promised
No issues with this phone after several weeks of use. No cosmetic defects; the battery works as expected (the battery life is 93%, which is fair). No complaints so far.

Stay away from these cheap so called renewed premium amazon Products
Renewed Premium - I paid premium price but the battery health as opposed to claimed percentage (90+%) was only 88%. Moreover the phone was overheating a lot. They received return on May 28 and 2 WEEKS on there is NO update on my refund. Amazon Renewed premium is not worth it. Bad customer service. Bad refund timeline. Very frustrating. Just give me my refund asap.

Love the Midnight Look – Small but Powerful iPhone
The iPhone 13 Mini in Midnight is sleek, elegant, and very professional-looking. It’s not a flashy color, but that’s exactly what makes it so nice – subtle, modern, and goes well with any case or outfit. It feels premium every time I pick it up. The compact size is perfect. It fits comfortably in one hand, slips easily into any pocket, and feels much lighter compared to larger iPhones. This is the kind of phone that reminds you why small phones still matter. Performance is smooth, and it handles everyday apps and tasks without an issue. The camera is fine for daily photos and social media, but don’t expect top-tier shots like the Pro models. The battery is limited, and with regular use I almost always need to charge it twice a day. Overall, if you want a compact iPhone that looks classy in Midnight and works great for daily use, this is a very solid choice.

Not and OEM battery replacement
I bought an Iphone 13 mini PREMIUM 128gb… Phone overheats and stops charging. Charge port is very loose. Called amazon to rectify this issue and was provided with one year to return the item. On November 25 the one year allowance date to return the item was brought down to 30 days (New date was December 5th). I was calling to see if I coupd switch suppliers from Canada Post because they’re on strike but was then advised that I also had to submit pictures of the defective phone, something that wasn’t asked of me prior to shipping the phoneSomething that was never brought up the 3-4 times I had called prior to this date… Seems like deterrent tactics and would changing a return date be considered bait and switch if I had missed the return window?
