Slina and echo were helpful on many factors. First was cloud storage plan since I need it to watch my disabled son with cloud storage plan. Then when needed on my camera not working they also helped me in that aspect and with a swiftness. Thank you.

I purchased for dog watch but have not been able to use it because 1 the app do not allow you to sign I keep getting error message the do not make sense and on the web manual no real explanations. The is no real customer support the number refer you to a web site ( no real live person to speak to ) and you get a vague email that that also do not make sense. it is a continue run around - QR scan do not work it a product from China that is defective. I loss my money due to return time passed - I feel scammedUpdate Jan 2024I still feel the same about my above statement - however I would like to commend Amazon for taken concern and helping me with this issue Kudos to the rep/co - I will also like to add once the review posted the Zosi co reached out to me via email thru Amazon to offer me a 100% refund -I appreciated that but Amazon had already corrected the issue.My first head line of buyer beware now has a subtitle- which is "still shop with Amazon because they will be concern and help to correct your issue". Also the Zosi co did also step in afterwards but I wish they have a better communication policy like speaking to a live person in customer service instead of only email.

I have bought 3 of these now for inside the house & garage. Easy to install, easy to set up, and a good price. I like the fact that you do not have to subscribe to anything to be able to view them remotely. If you install the sd card you don’t have to upload to the cloud. I have purchased multiple Zosi cameras for my property and have only had 1 camera fail and they were quick to send me out a replacement. No regrets.

Zosi home security system is great however this indoor wi-fi camera would not connect to our phone and could not get customer service to respond until after I returned the product and then they would not stop emailing me. That was very disappointing as I like their products but because they did not respond I returned it. I am sure the picture quality would have been great but no help until I returned and written a review. They use to have great customer service, do not know what happened. I do recommend their products though just this one I could not get to connect and no help.

I got this to watch my puppy in her crate while I work on leaving her for longer periods of time in it. It’s also good for keeping an eye on her napping in hard to watch corners because of the motion sensor so I don’t worry about missing her waking up and then having an accident.

Have them setup for motion detection, also in the children's classrooms. Easy to communicate through the cameras. Love the night vision mode. You can set up alerts for offices, etc. Good for security or even home use for baby monitors. Has playback option with SD card which is convenient. Recommend these cameras. It was also easy to connect to the app

I have several different brands of security cameras in my home and this one is basically useless. Even with customer support and Cloud service, it does not play back videos easily and the interface is confusing. I just unplugged it and replaced it with a Blink camera. So much more user-friendly.
