This tub is sexy! The measurements were dead on. It fit exactly as I expected.The box was visibly damaged when it arrived. My husband opened it and thought he examined it throughly, but it wasn't until our contractors started unboxing it that we found the 2" crack in one side.So disappointed! Trying to talk to the sellers now about exchanging it for an undamaged one.EDIT: we got the replacement and it's perfect. The seller was super nice and made it easy. They didn't ask us to ship the broken one back.I'm super happy with both the tub and the customer service!

Vanity Art has made a believer out of me, and a life long customer! The general manager himself responded by phone and text and resolved my issues quickly. The tub is gorgeous and because of its design uses less water. It is heavenly to take a bath now & I don’t usually take baths, I’m a shower person! Quality products & great customer service. It’s a win win deal.

This tub is great. It weighs less than 100lb so I moved it up a flight of stairs alone going end over end. As a result you'll need to silicone the feet to the floor to keep it from moving around. I also stuffed it full of unfaced fiberglass insulation so it stays warmer a lot longer and doesn't sound like a steel drum while filling it up. It's a great size, curvature of the back is very comfortable and wide/long enough to sit comfortably (5'11 190lbs). The drain hose is a nice thought but it belongs in the trash. The only sketchy thing is the delivery. There's no tracking and mine got dropped sometime after 8pm off to the side of the house by the garbage (although it was in perfect condition and not blocking the driveway, so no complaints). Awesome value for money and looks/functions great!

DUUUUUUDE! This bathtub!!! I waited a few months until it was fully installed to review this. I now live in this thing. We needed a narrow, but long bathtub. I love to pop in the tub with the husband but he complains that it's too uncomfortable in other tubs. He wants to not have his legs squished...sounds like whining to me, but I love him. Here's the PRO's to this tub:1. It's long, allowing both my husband and I to fit in.2. The angle of the back is really comfortable on both ends.3. This tub is DEEP, no chilly torso here!4. Because it more narrow, it doesn't require obscene amounts of water to fill it.5. It's narrow, but not TOO narrow - we both can sit in this tub and not feel cramped.6. It's sexy - it stops people dead in their tracks every time. "Nice bathroom...But this tub!"CON's:1. The connector hose for the drain is cheap. We didn't even bother to use it. It may be fine...but it feels flimsy.2. The overflow slot, would in NO WAY prevent this tub from overflowing if the water was on full blast.3. The husband is now forced to take more baths with me...but at least he now likes it!

Well, ordered this tub from Amazon because the ratings were great! Got the tub today and my husband was mad because it was delivered on a day I was at work. I tried to explain to him that I called the company that was going to deliver (not Amazon) to schedule a deliver time. Instead, they just dropped it off. The good news is the tub is perfect, no cracks or chips, well packaged. We will start the remodel soon and I’m looking forward to a bath when it’s completed!

Mostly it's just a nice tub. It was very easy to install. Unfortunately the first tub was damaged in shipping, and we didn't know until we were ready to install the tub....three months later. They took care of us immediately, and got a new tub out. Unbelievable of them. Great job, great service, great tub.

The tub is SO comfortable. I can kick back an relax without straining my neck or back. It is not only sleek, modern and beautiful, but quality material and workmanship. I recommend this tub!
