how many cards are there in this box?

Hello, the Metallic and Glitter Thank You Notes come with 40 cards and 40 envelopes.

Can a 4x6 picture fit in the card/enevlope?

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. A 4 x 6 picture will not fit in the envelope.

very annoying that these come up when you search for recyclable thank you cards. how can they be recyclable when they're covered in foil??

It's not foil, rather it's goal paint and some glitter. I used them successfully.
