I weight 220 and wear size 16 in pants. Would a medium work or is large better?

Hey Amanda, I would definitely go with the larger. I'm about 175 and wear a 10 size jeans and I bought a large. The large fits we comfortably, I couldn't imagine trying to squeeze into a medium. Remember you want to be comfortable in it and not struggle to get it on and off. In my opinion, go with the large. I would actually look into an XL if I were you. If it doesn't fit you can always exchange.

I bought the MD ..i figured it was medium and I weigh 142# and am about 5'5"...and it fit great- goes all the way to my bra and getting it on is a bit of a struggle, but if you don't scrunch it up like putting on hose, just slowly pull up sections of it at a time it goes on just a bit easier. once on it is very comfortable - it does not make those bulges disappear, but it controls them and makes you look firmer. I am pleased with my purchase.
