Soozier Foldable Ab Twister Board Screen Twist Shape Abs Trainer

Sturdy, 80% assembled and a fun way to get your steps in. I love it

I had been looking for an exercise product to help trim my waist and I knew I wanted one where I could stand and twist like we use to do in elementary school, I ran across this and it was perfect. Works great, light weight, easy to assemble, and store anywhere in your home.

Good purchase. I bought this to help with my weight loss journey.

This was extremely easy to put together. Just a few adjustment knobs and handlebar bumpers. It folds easily for convenient storage. To combat the lack of resistance in rotating I have begun wearing my weight vest while exercising. It really has made a difference in the quality of my workout. I would recommend this to people who want something at home to work your abdominal area but can’t do or hate sit-ups.

Excelente gracias

The ida of this is good only in principle the plate rotates well but the design of the metal upright neck and handle bar feels flimsy and needs to be redesigned to feel stronger and also requires another option to go higher for taller people but it does not. In all it is a nice design love the color scheme but I did not just buy it for colors which works well in my gym but I also purchased it hoping it would be a lot more solid and on that note I am left disappointed. It does the job but I am left wondering for how long. This is not a commercial product home use only and someone large and heavy will ware this twist plate down very quickly.

If anyone is like me and they've spent most of their adult life working out moderately enough to maintain a fairly impressive better than average fit body for your age...EXCEPT FOR A PAIR OF @!#$%! LOVE HANDLES THAT SIT AT YOUR WASTE AS IF SOMEONE PLACED A CURSE ON YOU. Oh, and let's not forget their best friend, the lower pooch ring. All this because you could never target them like an arm curl targets your biceps. Well, this stationary twisting motion is finally targeting those areas. You can physically feel it after you're done. Give me 15-20 minutes a day and 6 months. I like my chances.

I’ve been using this every day for two weeks and love it! I pump my music on and twist and turn. You can do your basic side to side twist and turn but I go up and down side to side twist and turn as well to mix it up so I feel tension in difference places to make it even more awesome. It’s so not intimidating and makes you WANT to keep using it! It’s fun! I use it when I watch TV but mostly I listen to my music. Amazon has the best price too, I checked other places. Go for it! I’m totally NOT disappointed. 😀

ok

It comes perfect

Mine stands lopsided/uneven. It’s not the feet that’s the problem, it’s the actual standing board and vertical bar that’s leaning to one side more. Aside from that, it’s quite big but no resistance.

U have part loss
