I’ll start by saying I bought this tent NOT with the intention of going camping or sleeping in it... I needed a temporary makeshift shed to store stuff that would otherwise be put in a shed (once we get one). I should mention that for whatever reason, I imagined the tent to be much taller so I was surprised when I found I couldn’t stand up inside of it. That said, building the tent was ridiculously easy. I took it out of the big circle travel case, positioned it where I wanted it, and dropped it down where it did it’s thing and opened up (in less than 3 seconds) into a very decent sized tent. I’ve owned a few tents, cheap ones and expensive ones, and this was by far the easiest tent setup I’ve ever experienced. Another thing I really liked that I hadn’t noticed when I bought it—but was a huge bonus for me—is that it has two doors / entries which is great if you’re storing stuff inside and need extra access because this virtually eliminates having inaccessible stuff in the back. As a tent, I can see how having two doors can be very convenient as well. The ability to easily air out the tent immediately comes to mind. Bottom line, there were many lower priced and highly rated tents out there however I’m very satisfied with this purchase and plan on buying another one to use for camping. PROS So incredibly fast and easy to setup by yourself Big entry openings perfect for bring stuff in and taking stuff out Back and front entries perfect for airing out, ventilation / circulation, and easy access Includes rain fly (though haven’t had rain so can’t speak to its performance) Includes stakes (didn’t use these either since it’s pretty well weighed down) Very lightweight and easy to take with you wherever CONS Relatively expensive (however I believe you’re paying for higher quality so if that’s important to you, this isn’t really a con) A lot shorter than I imagined (though it probably makes for better wind performance) Because it’s lightweight, I can see the floor getting ripped easily (I put a cheap 8’x10’ tarp underneath and plan on buying another tarp for the inside) Hope this helps (if so, please upvote so it teaches more people). Best! — UPDATE: 1 YEAR LATER The crazy hot scorching sun destroyed the tent. It created holes on the top and sides of the tent and tarp which allowed rainwater in. Because the tent was setup out of the way, it was sort of out-of-sight-out-of-mind and when I finally realized the tent had holes, lots of mold and mildew had formed and we had to throw everything out. I’m not taking away any stars because I really should have assumed the extreme Florida sun would be too much for any tent to be out 24/7 and I should’ve checked on the tent more regularly. In the shade and with an additional tarp, I’m confident this could've worked as a makeshift shed for a long time even in Florida. I’d also 100% buy this tent for camping and still recommend. —

By far one of the best tent I've bought. The design and just the tent itself looks amazing. Easy and quick setup. I can set it up by myself within 1 minute. I'm 5'10 and I'm able to stand up without crouching or bending over. It can stay/be waterproof, just make sure nothing puncture underneath the tarp. It also stays darker when the sun hits the tent compared to other tents because the inside has a layer of different material for waterproof and windproof.

Took the tent out for a 3 day car camping trip in Vail this past weekend and it performed pretty well. There are a few things that could be improved upon but overall the tent was really good for someone in this price point and ease of use. The tent doesn't pack down very small, while it's flat it does have quite a big diameter and I would guess wouldn't fit in some people's vehicles. I have a VW golf and I had to lay it flat on the floor with the seats laid down. Since I have dogs I had to put blankets on top of the tent so they didn't mess it up, and our other things like cooler and water jug could go on top as well. We weren't able to set the tent up prior to going so we were venturing into unknown territory when we set up camp. Didn't really know how big the tent was, didn't know if our queen size air mattress was going to fit. Fortunately the tent sets up in seconds, just a few tugs here and there and wallah you have a decent size tent. All of our stuff and dogs fit in fine. The air mattress was pushed up against the sides but it really wasn't bad enough to be concerned about the integrity of the tent. The first thing we did notice was the lack of pockets though. They're weren't any to put the tent bag or our sleeping bag compression sacks. There are 2 below the windows but those are just big enough to put your phone, wallet, or keys. The second shortcoming we noticed we're the doors. There are 2 separate zippers for the screen and door, which the does are very close to one another and are hard to distinguish which is which. It would be nice if the screens we're attached to the exterior door, make it a little easier. When we woke up after the first night the interior of the tent had so much condensation on it it was dripping on our sleeping bags, not soaking them but was substantial. We slept with the rain fly off because I had read about this happening in one of the reviews and wanted to see if we could avoid it, no such luck. After the second night though we or the rain fly in and it solved the problem, hardly any condensation the next 2 nights. When it was time to pack up, it was a little tricky because we couldn't load the car without the tent because it went on the bottom but we had to get everything out of the tent to put it away and the ground was muddy and wet. So, we ended up putting all the blankets on the car while we folded the tent. Well, tried to fold the tent. We tried to follow the directions that came with it but we failed miserably. I was only able to pack it down to about twice it's original size which made it getting into the car very difficult. We managed, barely, and were able to get all our gear and dogs in. What we learned was, watch the video they have! Set the tent up beforehand and break it down. All in all its a nice tent, I mean I've paid the same amount of money for a tent at Walmart that was far interior to this one. It's worth the money just needs some further refining to make it an excellent tent

I fell in love with the appearance of this tent, and I really wanted to like it. I set it up as a trial in my yard and happily, it rained a few hours later. There was absolutely no wind. What I found out is that 1) you cannot leave the flap open at any of the doors while it is raining because water will run down the side and will somehow find its way in past the mesh and the stitching. 2) If you don't have the side flaps for the windows extended and you unzip your windows, they will also allow water into the tent. 3) If you somehow get lucky and none of these situations occur, you will still get water into the tent because the little charging port at the front on the bottom where there's a separate zipper, will leak as it gets wet. There is no flap there to protect that zipper and there's absolutely no way to stop water from creeping in, so no matter what, if it rains while you're camping in this tent, something will get wet even if the conditions are not windy. It was very easy to set up, easier than my last tent. It's very roomy (which is why I selected it in the first place) but I can't risk having a bad leak perhaps while I'm sleeping and getting my junk wet. So I am going to have to return it for a tent that will stay dry on the inside for as long as I am out camping.

So I used to have the G4Free Pop up Tents 3-4 Person UV Protection tent, which was great, same style just smaller, I could sleep by myself as a single 6'0 185 male with a full cabelas cot in that thing and plenty of room on the sides. Unfortunately at no fault of its own it suffered a catastrophic failure on my last camping trip (I don't want to talk about it) and I figured id look for something bigger. This one appears to be quite a bit bigger, I haven't had a chance to set it up yet unfortunately but see the pictures. It feels like the rods inside are also quite a bit thicker than the previous one I owned. I have a 2012 acura TL and it fit in the back seat of my car and the trunk. I have pretty good spatial recognition and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. The other tent I had slid conveniently on top of all the other stuff you packed in the trunk, this one definitely won't. If youre wondering if the pop up style tent is really as convenient as it sounds, the answer is yes. If you have a family then look elsewhere but I'd say two adults and a child would probably fit comfortably in here Edit: I had a chance to camp in the tent and everything that I previously assumed seems to be correct, see updated pictures for size perspective Edit: as of 9/4/21 I probably wouldn’t buy this again. I won’t blame the manufacturer but over time the poles snap, even when not in use. I pulled the tent out and set it up and the rods at both entry ways were snapped. You can still use it but it sucks to put back in the bag and it doesn’t sit flat anymore. I guess that’s the risk you take when you buy a tent where the integrity of it is sewn in.

We bought this tent in May of 2023. It was fantastic. It was a simple setup for one person and yes, in less than 60 seconds. However, we have used it four times and it is now october of 2023 and this tent has not survived one (1) year. The third time we used it was in September 2023. One of the screens in the door ripped completely across the bottom of the door while zipping it up. If that is not upsetting enough, the bag tore while putting the tent away in it. The last time we used the tent was October 19, 2023. The side of the tent in the upper corner of the same door has a hole in it the size of a 50 cent piece. Also when folding the tent up the floor in the tent tore as I folded up the tent. This tent starts out greT but is not made to last. It is only my wife and I that use thus tent and we are in our late 40s. Sure wish this tent was made better. We now have to buy a different tent and will look at other manufactures.

I absolutely love these tents, I’m a ranch hand in Florida and I live outdoors full time. I’ve had two of these, back to back, and I got almost a year out of each of them. They would’ve lasted longer had I treated the fabric periodically. What I like about them is the ventilation, mostly, but also the flaps also kinda double as a shade break, meaning the sun heats the flap, but not the fabric of the tent, producing much less heat inside the tent. Plus you can get creative with tent poles and angle them to catch the breeze or block the sun. What I didn’t like is how little wind resistance they have. I ended up getting beefier stakes and adding additional guy ropes, but if the wind is greater than about 25, I wouldn’t feel comfortable sleeping in it. I’ve had them blow down, and it caused damage when it did. Damage which I was able to repair and go on to get months more out of the tent. The zippers are great, they last about 4-5 months, and when the front door starts getting sticky, just flip the tent around and use the back. Great tent for the price range that it’s in.

It is very nice and spacious inside, but when it rains water gets in through some little things it has to tie the windows. It is easy to install. When I received it I was very excited but when I saw the bottom part I saw two holes and that is the part where the irons bend. Another thing when it rains and you enter under the balcony right there on the edge of the right side when you open the door right there the stream of water drops and falls inside. That was the part I didn't like...
