Are these gloves cut resistant

A sharp blade will cut the glove 1st, but will cut your skin next, if enough pressure exists is left. Their is a small amount of protection.

How do i know which size relays to men's and which size related to women's?

For this gloves the sizes are all for men.

Would they be suitable for using around the campfire, putting logs on the flame and moving food around the fire?

They're not rated for being flame or heat proof. Full leather or suede gloves would be far better. They're a good quality work glove...but maybe not for that.

Are they suitable for warehouse work?

Yes most certainly. They're worn by workers all around the world from oil ship crews to NASCAR teams
