My son didn't like the fit.

Shock doctor youth braces gumshield
Ordered this product for my son for rugby as he'd recently had braces fitted. This is the only gumshield (brand) I could find that didnt need moulding. Product in itself is great however there were only two size options, adult and youth so as my son is 13 I ordered youth. When the item arrived it is clearly labelled 11 - this was not mentioned on the product info when I wan ordering and had it been I would have ordered an adults as the gumshield keeps popping off as its slightly too small.

Bought Youth size for an 11 year old son who wears braces on account of his jaw being too small. Most surprised therefore to find the mouthguard was nowhere near big enough. Probably product tested on amazonian pygmies

Not really a perfect fit
Bought for 9 y/o Lack of ability to custom mold makes it unwearable (pops out of his mouth) Does fit well over braces though. May need to trim to fit

Fits 8yr old boy and is comfortable for Jiu Jitsu
My son is 8 and has braces, and was getting cut lips in his Jiu Jitsu class with small bumps during training. We decided to try this one before spending money on a fitted mouth guard, and it has been very good. He says it is comfortable and has not had and more cut lips. I think it gives him some confidence too, having some protection for his mouth. I also feel better that his mouth is protected and probably less chance a bracket gets knocked off.

Angenehm zu tragen – selbst mit Spange
Sitzt trotz Zahnspange sehr komfortabel und drückt nicht. Zum Glück musste der Schutz in einer echten Spielsituation (Hockey) bisher nicht „getestet“ werden, aber der Tragekomfort und die Verarbeitung machen einen sehr sicheren Eindruck.
