ENJOYED SO MUCH
My girls (ages 9 & 12) love love love Jessica Day George's Tuesdays at the Castle series. So I bought the Dragon Slippers series books...and it was an astounding YES! They have talked about the books for days after reading them. I've never had so much conversation about a chapter book from them before! They truly enjoyed these so much.

An amazing book, to an amazing series
An amazing book, to an amazing series. This series is perfect for kids, & teenagers both. Heck even adults can get into it! It's pretty mature for a kids book, & has plenty of romance, action, & all the other things that make up a great series. I plan on reading it to my little brother soon, I really think he'll enjoy it. As will any other person!

Pleasant read
While Creel and her friend are visiting the dragons the Dragon Queen, Velika, is kidnaped by other dragons. Shardas is frantic especially since Velika is very close to having their first eggs. Creel and an army of dragons pursue. Finding Velika may be the easy part.

The conclusion to a great fantasy trilogy
The third and final book in Jessica Day George's fantasy trilogy. Having survived Dragon wars, malicious princesses and poisonous alchemy Creel is looking forward to taking a break from her work at her dress shop to go and visit her dragon friends at their new home. However this cheerful trip unexpectedly turns to chaos when the Queen of the Dragons is kidnapped. A rescue mission is hastily launched and it soon seems that another dragon war is imminent, will Creel's bold approach to Dragon politics be enough to avoid bloodshed.Sitting somewhere between YA and tween fantasy I was, at first, a little disappointed with this book; perhaps owing to the fact that I'm older now, but after a while the story began to engage me and I felt the ending concluded the story rather well: leaving me feeling both satisfied and curious about the characters. All in all this is an engaging trilogy with a strong heroine that I thoroughly recommend, particularly to girls in their pre/early teens.
