Hello, a mobile phone can only bind a Bluetooth device at the same time, you can use two mobile phones at the same time if you want to realize the simultaneous use of two speakers.

Instructions did not come with the speaker on how to sink up with phone or tablet. I would appreciate instructions please

It's almost always a button held down until the lights start to flash to get into Bluetooth pairing mode. This has been true enough that I cant actually remember if I had instructions for this speaker or not. Just find a button and push and hold till flashing, then refresh the blue tooth devices seen from what ever your pairing to

Can you connect through wifi and/or is it passcode enabled?

Yes you connect via wifi per the Bluetooth process. There is not a password. Search for available devices and you’re good to go.
