this is a really great product as others have said I've been taking it for over 6 months and have noticed the most positive change in -the strength of my thin brittle fingernails. They've become more flexible despite still being thin. I can grow them longer without any additional structure like acrylic or coats of gel polish. I'm thrilled with this outcome. -my skin also looks amazing but I have also had recent laser treatment which has had a major impact on that outcome. I recommend these supplements for women who are having some hair loss and are unable to use collagen powder. I wish I had been taking before and after pictures. But I always struggled with nails that would split and chip at the end. After using this religiously for one year, my nails are long, strong and beautiful. The only thing I do is polish them I do not wear gel or any of the dipping powders. People think that I’m wearing acrylic nails. I’ve attached a photo of what they look like now but it’s maybe not so helpful because you didn’t see before, but they’re hard and strong and gorgeous. I also noticed that my hair is less fragile. It doesn’t make my hair grow faster. It just makes the hair more resilient to styling and combing.

My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
