I love the heat and massage. It's winderful.

The massage on this is top notch. It helped so much with losing some tight muscles. I do however,wish I could feel the heat from it better. It says 2 heating settings but neither seem like quite enough. Massage part tho, 💯.

I wish I could find a massager that was soft on the body, but had the massaging affect for pain & sore muscles. This unit is a very hard plastic. I have a pinched nerve in my neck & right-shoulder. It was very painful to lean/lay against this unit because it's so hard. Once you get past that OUCH!!! affect, you slowly get used to it. The massager itself does the job, but keep in mind that you're feeling "hard balls" rolling around. This does not feel like hands massaging you, nor does it feel like a softer material giving a soothing massage. I use this unit only when I have no other alternative.

Item stopped working after 3 uses. Naturally the return window has passed, so now I’m stuck with nothing. Zero stars.

This back massager works so good , I would recommend it to any one who needs a good massage !!!!and it has an adapter for the car

It’s a sad sad night when you are a single parent and your back massager that you bought for your birthday just three days shy of the product being TWO MONTHS old (to my knowledge of when I actually received the purchase.)It’s not even old I still consider it new :( I didn’t use it every single night.I used it about three to four times a week max. It was helpful and of good use when it was working.I’m not sure if its worth buying the exact same product, however, because of how small of a time it worked.It was great besides the short life of the motor!

Been having really bad back pain the last few weeks. This product is helping so much in between physical therapy!

My family got me this for Mothers Day I sit all day for and this has been great with helping my back pain. Only wish we could make it battery operated or charge it so we don’t have to use a plug.
