It is even painful to my neck I can’t bear it through it away poorest quality of sponge very hot and synthetic material and cover ,don’t ever buy,fake product, cheating

It s a good pillow for my neck. I bought several pillows in the past but this one is my favorite. I took the small one but I think the higher one is better. I put a small oneunderneath.

I will update my review once I have slept a few nights with this pillow. I'm really hoping that it solves my dead right arm every morning. I try to sleep on my back, but always turn on my side, resulting in a numb arm.I haven't adjusted the height, as it feels natural as it is. Will update as time goes on.My pics are of the unboxing. It's very compact and 'breathes' in to shape once out of the packaging.I haven't noticed any foam odour, as suggested in the instructions leaflet.**update 16th October2024**I have been using this pillow every night since it arrived and I have to say, I love it.It is a perfect fit for my head and neck. I have not adjusted the height of the pillow. I am so comfortable laying on my back to sleep now (I put pillows under my knees to prevent back ache, as I prefer to sleep on my back) I feel better rested, my tension headaches have improved massively and I am getting less numbness/pins and needles in my right arm and hand now when I am driving or doing my hair.I put a pillowcase over it to help keep it clean.

La veo bastante cómoda iara mí cuello que tengo 3 hernias en el y necesito algo que me súbete bien el cuello al dormir .
