Plenty of interior and exterior pockets for storage of personal items. Good quality zippers. Straps are comfortable around shoulders and easy to adjust. Handle on top is a nice feature. Solid black looks good and should be easy to clean if it ever gets dirty. I use this backpack for work... but it would also be ideal for school or travel. Highly recommended for those who want a quality backpack without having to pay the hefty price of a Jansport or North Face backpack.

Good quality zippers. Straps are comfortable around shoulders and easy to adjust. Handle on top is a nice feature. Solid black looks good and should be easy to clean if it ever gets dirty. I use this backpack for work... but it would also be ideal for school or travel. This item exceeded my expectations. I wanted a backpack that would contain my laptop securely since I was sick of carrying a backpack and my laptop back. My former backpack was a little larger so I was worried things wouldn't fit in here. But to my surprise, everything fit, including the laptop, WITH ROOM REMAINING. I couldn't be happier with the product and how easy it is to use. There are more dividers and pockets allowing me to keep things separated much better. The price point was great too. It feels of quality as well. The charging USB is a nice touch too. I did spill coffee on it one day, and it wiped right off, so that's great as well!
