Product Feedback- I bought for my husband. He was experiencing low energy, and problems concentrating. In researching, it states that Spermidine supplementation has been shown to help maintain a healthy hormone balance and reduce oxidative stress. It will also bolster healthy cell regeneration, promoting healthy liver function, and enhancing memory and cognitive function. He has just finished his first bottle. From start to now, he definitely feels a difference in his energy level, and he can concentrate easier. Still has a long way to go, but definitely is feeling positive effects. He said no odor or taste. I should also note, HE IS NOT A PILL PERSON, so for him to continue using this, it is because it is doing something.

I tried this stuff on a random guess after some light research and gave it a shot. I work a pretty demanding job, physically and mentally, and I’m always on the look out for an “edge”. Caffeine is ok, but I can’t do much or I get jittery and anxious. Adderall didn’t work because, well, I need to eat. I was also on a health kick and not drinking when I first tried it. One pill in the morning, 8oz water as recommended. Ate about 30 min later…and my goodness, I was feeling amazing. Firing on all cylinders, laughing, joking around, but getting it done. I was, amazed at my mood improvement and that it lasted all day. I’ve done my fair share of “research” on ingesting new things. I was expecting a crash, there wasn’t one. All of that being said, I’m only a freshly minted 36 y/o male. I will say, that what all the older folks say about the skin and hair…noticed it right away, within the second week. I will also say, I started drinking again, and, it could 100% be just me. But be mindful that if it’s giving you an energy boost while sober, it seems to do the same thing after drinking alcohol. I took one pill a day for the first 3 weeks or so…I couldn’t imagine taking 4 pills a day as the bottle said not to exceed. So I tried 2 a day. Too much for me. I cut back after day 5. Everything was fine physically, but I found myself becoming short with others (at work); easily irritated. It didn’t make me act out or anything, but I noticed it in myself. Cut it back to one a day and was fine. I stopped drinking again and started jogging…I started jogging. I haven’t ran since I was 22. And it felt great. I was wondering why this stuff worked so quickly with me, but now I’m realizing no one had shared their age when I first read the reviews 2+ months ago. Now I’m seeing a couple of 60+ sharing feedback. Makes sense. Maybe it hits different at half the age. TL/DR - helps with hair and skin -helps with energy levels (all day, no crash) -helps with focus/recall -helped my mood -be mindful of tying one on (boozin) while taking daily (as with all things)

This old man is blown away by Spermidine. I’ve used one serving a day for nearly two months. My face is already radiant like it was back in the day after I did those regular periods of short intermittent fasting. I’m not looking as fatigued now so this Spermidine supplement has made me a believer. I’ve seen impressive results with no side affects, so I will now start doubling the dose. I’m going to see if I can make my skin glow radiantly like it did after those long fasts I used to do once a year. Also I’m going to research the science on this product and find out how & why it works so good. Just two months ago, I found out about Spermidine for the first time. Now I wish I would have known about it twenty five years ago! I think twenty five years ago would have been a great time to start this Spermidine for I’m imagining all the positive effects I may have experienced over all those years while I aged. This Spermidine might really just be the first product ever that really keeps people looking youthful as they age. I looked back at the ingredients and seen that I got the purest form of Spermidine at the highest concentration which makes the other formulas inferior. Fortunately I didn’t choose the cheaper inferior brand and end up disappointed. This product is Amazing.

I am writing this review after using Prime Powder's Spermidine supplements for two weeks. I realize this is a relatively short test period and continued usage might provide more noticeable results. As such, I'm giving the product a four star rating only because I believe a product like this needs to be used longer to evaluate it's overall efficacy. I will be happy to come back and raise the rating to 5-stars if it is warranted after further evaluation. I was not able to see any noticeable change in skin tone as other people have stated in their reviews, but I believe the supplement had an impact on my sleep. I have always struggled with restlessness at night where I would wake up multiple times. After I started taking Spermidine, I noticed that I seemed to be sleeping through the night without waking periodically. I haven't made any other recent lifestyle changes, so the introduction of Spermidine to my daily routine could possibly be the cause. I plan to continue taking Spermidine as the improvement in my sleep alone is worth the money.

I’ve taken for several months and I really don’t notice that it’s doing anything for me. This last subscription order was way too expensive so I won’t be ordering again.
