The flavor is actually good. I bought several different coldbrew brands with this order so I can find a good tasting coffee. It has a good coffee flavor, not too strong or too weak and didn't bother my stomach like some coffees can. The price is a bit more than others but if I like the flavor I don't mind paying more. I bought 6 different brands of coffee and so far I can say I like this brand.

I purchased this with the objective of finding a more economical and better tasting alternative to Starbucks' ice coffee. This product met both of those objectives! The price point is better and the "Smooth and Sweet" blend isn't nearly as bitter as that of Starbucks. It's important to note that this coffee is NOT sweet/flavored, if that's for what you are looking.The iced coffee is very easy to make. Just drop the packet(s) into the pitcher, add water and let it sit for 20-24 hours. A couple of notes on this. I only use one packet, not two as directed. If I let it sit for 24 hours, the iced coffee is brewed strong enough and tastes great. And, by using one packet per batch, I get twice as many batches of brewed coffee from my purchase. I also brew it in the refrigerator, not on the counter at room temperature, as they instruct. This doesn't seem to negatively affect the flavor.Overall, very happy with this purchase and I would recommend this product to others.

Long-time customer and was delighted to find these cold brew bags for a reasonable price!I’ve purchased these a couple of times before and never had problems, but this time I opened one of the pouches of brew bags and found multiple brew bags had holes in them at the edge, like they hadn’t been sealed completely. It was evident for some brew bags immediately when I opened the pouch, but for others it became evident when they were soaked. It was a mess, and there were only two usable brew bags. I was hoping to get a refund or replacement but it appears that is not an option. I’m pretty disappointed.Including photos that show a few of the defective brew bags, all the grounds loose in the pouch of brew bags, and the lot number of the pouch.

I really like this product. It's very easy to prepare and is NOT acidic like other cold brews/concentrates. I followed the instructions and let the coffee brew on the counter overnight, then put it in the fridge and it stays there for a long time. Once I left my pitcher in for 2 weeks and the coffee was still great. Once I pour the water I make sure that the coffee bags are fully under the water and I brew the coffee for at least 12hr. The flavor is smooth and delicious but still has that strong coffee kick. The bags do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds together however you will still have some in your cup and I personally get heartburn from drinking the grounds with my coffee so I stopped drinking it. I tried it with hot water as well (they say you can on the bag) and the bags ripped open... big mess to clean up so maybe don't do it. Unless you put their bags into your own cheesecloth bag. I think it tastes good but could be improved. the price is fair in my opinion. Considering you only need a pitcher and water, the total cost of producing your coffe is uite low, compared to nespresso, drip or worse... starbies.

I’m not a coffee snob but I would consider myself specifically a cold brew snob. I always buy their espresso blend and truly it’s a flavor you can distinguish. It has that nice crisp cold brew quality but the espresso gives it just enough body for a chocolaty flavor. A huge plus is that it has a lot of caffeine even more than other cold brew drinks claim. I originally found this company by buying the bottled version in store and I will say the bottled version is 2x as good!!! However lately it’s been easier for me to just order through here and make it myself instead and I usually brew it for 20hrs for a nice strong flavor. Definitely recommend!!!

When you figure it’s 2 big “tea bags” per pitcher, one bag didn’t last me long. For how much coffee you can make, I think it’s too expensive. Great coffee and no problems making it, just outside the budget.

These are a great bang for your buck if you drink a lot of cold brew, and are tired of spending $10 on a bottle at the grocery store. The process is quite simple, it makes enough cold brew for one or two days at a time, depending upon how much you drink. The breakfast blend is quite subtle, so if you prefer more flavorful coffee, I would recommend a different flavor. Smooth and taste great, necessarily economical cold brew option.

This is among the best cold brew I’ve found, and I’ve tried A LOT of cold brew. I’ve never been a huge fan of anything in the refrigerated section. There’s just something about brewing it yourself that, for me, seals the deal. You taste the freshness!! These are easy to use, and you can adjust the strength to your liking.So why only 4 stars? This product, to me, is easily 5 stars. However…The last two bags I’ve purchased have had a few leaky pouches. The first bag wasn’t noticeable until I was removing the bags from the brew. I just assumed maybe I left them soaking too long. The second bag? Pulled the pouches out and immediately wound up with coffee all over my kitchen counter and floor. There was only one usable pouch, and since returns weren’t offered, had to request a refund through Amazon customer service. Thought I’d see if any reviews mentioned this issue and it appears as though I’m not the only one.I’m about to place another order as it’s so good I’m not ready to give up just yet - but I see this brand also sells the grounds so I’m going to try those and create my own pouches and see if the results are the same!
