This is a great table and chairs set for kids. It has an excellent finish on the wood, perfectly rounded corners on the table and chair (no corners for children to bump into in a nasty way), and the pieces join together well. I nearly didn't give it 5 stars however, because they accidentally omitted the assembly instructions! The online version of the instructions on their website also didn't match the product I received. This was a concern because I only had one night to make it (the night before a birthday). However to Kidkraft's credit, they did reply the same day with a link to the new instructions, so I guess that proves prompt customer service which means they deserve 5 stars after all! Other reviewers have had concerns about stability and I note that the version of the product I received is slightly different from the photograph in that the bottom of the table has two extra small stability supports, at the base under the star. Also, I've had a couple of weeks and have not (yet) had any issue at all with any fittings coming loose, so this doesn't appear to be an issue any more either. I note that older versions of instructions I found on the web used slightly different fittings too, so I think they may have made improvements in this area. I'm very happy to recommend this product.

This has been a great buy - its used every day by the kids using it for homework etc. Well made and the chairs are nice and sturdy. The rods for the baskets don't seem that sturdy but that is to be expected - unless they climb on it then they should hold ok. Putting it together - the instructions were simple and easy to follow - as always though these things are a bit tedious to make and there are a lot of rods to screw together that make up the basket stands -but preserve and you'll make it fine.

Really sturdy and easy to wipe down surfaces. Perfect height for the kids. They love sitting down together for a snack now as they have enough space without banging their plates or cups together. Like the storage idea where lots of little items fit in. Bigger things tend to not work for that (my youngest has lots of bulky pepoa pig vehicles etc). Great for pens and little cars and toy figures.

A very arttractive little set, practical and stylish, which my twin grandchildren loved, but I thought that the chairs would be uncomfortable for them with hard, sharp front edges on the seats. I think my son might have to sand the edges back to make them more pleasant to sit on. Strangely-designed plastic trays which had to be assembled from separate pieces. Thank goodness we didi it all the day before their birthday though, otherwise they would have been

Strong, really good looking and really easy to assemble. I bought for my 9 years old son It's a good size for him. I was worried It's going to be too small, but it's not.

I can not, in good conscience, recommend this product to anyone. I really don't understand how there is such a difference between the table I got and the table everyone else seems to have received. First off I was expecting solid wood (at that price) the chairs were but the table is laminated MDF. This was badly marked and chipped around the pre-drilled holes. The table itself was not level once it was put together and the poor hole positions for the table top meant the top would not tighten down because the screws were longer than the hole. The table was in use for less than an hour before the top needed tightened again. The chairs were pretty solid and I liked them, but I was a little concerned about some splinterig of the wood around the drilled holes, and the finish was quite rough in places, but if that had been the worst thing about the product I would have kept it. As it is I returned the product and had one tearful child on his birthday. I think the product I received was badly over-priced, attention to detail and quality were sadly lacking. As I have said I don't know why the item I received was so poor, I purchased based on the other reviews...maybe I just got a wonky table. Still, I asked for a refund instead of a replacement as I did not want to take the chance I was going to get another similar product.

My grandchildren (4 and 2 yrs) love this little table set - it is so versatile excellent for painting drawing - storing all of the materials needed along with favourite toys. Also useful for eating. This set not only looks good but is very sturdy. A brilliant buy.

Excellent workmanship very practical and a must for getting toddlers to get used to sitting, eating breakfast and simulating pre school

I would say it's pretty sturdy. Took some effort to assemble some parts and my hands hurt afterwards but I know it won't just fall apart. Easy to clean too. The tubs are collapsible and comes apart but good enough quality.

Cadeaux d'anniversaire de ma mère pour mon fils de 2 ans, le produit est arrivé bien conditionné. Pas de défaut apparent 👍. Facile à monter, je l'ai fait toute seule, la notice est bien expliquée et le fait que les vis soient t rangées dans des compartiments séparés avec leurs références notées sur l'emballage c'est top 👍. La table et les chaises semblent solides à voir dans le temps. Je suis contente et mon loulou aussi 😉. Je recommande ce produit.

He comprado este producto en combinación con el librero rompecabezas de Kidkraft y la unidad con recipientes de almacenaje en colores primarios de Kidkraft y queda el conjunto precioso en la habitación de mi hijo. La mesa y las sillas son muy bonitas, y las cajas son muy prácticas para poner lápices, rotuladores, papeles, etc.. Las única pega que puedo poner es que la mesa es algo aparatosa de montar, con tanta barra. Pero una vez hecho merece la pena. Muy contenta con la compra.

We bought this table after looking around for specific "Lego" tables - where the top of the table is made of Lego base plates. Most of the ones we found were either too small or far too pricey. This table was VERY easy to assemble - well laid out directions, and I loved the way the hardware was packaged, on a piece of cardboard with plastic wrap over it, allowing you to take out from the back only what you needed for that step. It's VERY sturdy, as are the chairs. After we assembled the table, we sanded down the top a bit to make it "rougher", and then painted an epoxy on it. We carefully set(I think) 8 Lego base plates in the epoxy and let it sit for 24 hours. This table is sized so that 8 plates were the exact measurement for side to side, and then we had an extra inch or so across the top and bottom. The buckets on the side are PERFECT for holding Lego's, so the night before our son's birthday (this was his gift) we collected all his Lego's and sorted them by size into the buckets. The table was a huge hit with our son for his 6th Birthday and he's played with it quite a bit. He loves that he has a place he can leave his "creations" and not worry about them being "disrupted" or moved! I highly recommend this table either as just a table and chairs - or modified to be a Lego table!

Wir möchten diesen Tisch samt Stühlen nicht mehr missen! Alles war gut verpackt und ist heil angekommen. Der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach und die Anleitung leicht verständlich. Alles ist sehr stabil, wirkt langlebig und die 4 integrierten Aufbewahrungsboxen eignen sich super für Stifte, Knete und anderen Kleinkram. Auf den ersten Blick ist der Preis etwas hoch, aber bisher überzeugen Qualität und Funktionalität und wir haben mit den Großeltern zusammengelegt und so ein schönes Geburtstagsgeschenk gehabt.
