I really do like the practice concept that they have, but I am not happy with the screen printing of their logos other than that it’s awesome. I've tried out Silent Strokes, but these feel much more realistic. Of note is that the kick drum pad I received in this set fits *inside* the hoop and requires no strap, which I consider a big win. This differs from older versions (which required a strap), but I think also from the other version that's sold individually (which snaps on *over* the hoop). I just received mine, so the biggest lingering question will be durability. But if these last at least a couple of years, I'd likely make the same purchase again down the line, unless a way better alternative is invented. I have been back and forth with the manufacturer, and they have been rude and unhelpful. I have the "correct" type of rims on my drums, and they do not snap into place as they should. One of them does - the snare, but the others do not. They just sort of sit there, and they bounce when you play. If you look closely at the videos on the manufacturer's website - it shows them bouncing there as well! I mentioned that to their "customer service" rep, and the next day, that video showing that was taken down! Of course, lol.
