Stop searching right now for a better tart tin than this! It’s deep, sturdy, easy to clean, non stick with a removable base. I made the best tarts and quiches I have ever made in them. I am a pastry chef by trade.

Good quiche mould
I have used this quiche tin only 6 times, so far so good. Good material, easy to remove the quiche from this mould and easier to clean.The edge is thin. It is very easy to cut the pastry with the fingers on the edge, but don't take it too hard or you could hurt yourself.I am happy with it. Not so happy with my quiche baking skills... But I cannot blame this mould!

I make a lot of quiches and already have many flan tins of different sizes needed this one to make a trio of flans it actually turned out to be the best, easy to remove and clean brilliant.

Good buy
Love this flan case. Loose bottom makes it so easy to use and the non stick really is just that. Sturdy and looks as though it will wear well and last for years. Easy to clean.

Only 24.5 cm diameter not 25cm as advertised
Not actually a 25cm tin as stated in the product title and description, it is actually only 24.5cm which was a bit disappointing
