Glad to finally see someone wasn't shy about making a long John for men's anatomy. Most makers of clothing threat this area as if it doesn't exist with flat panels or hardly any cupping at all to fit properly. I tried these in the D pouch and while they are a complimentary fit, I don't think my package is quite that big, so I'm going to try it in the B pouch. I will amend this review when I get them. Am now going to try the boxer briefs since I like the long John. The only two things I would tweak is giving them slightly higher rise in the rear and starting the pouch seam about another quarter inch to 3/8 inch further back into the crotch so the seam doesn't sit right at the base of the scrotum. But, other than the Obviously brand underwear (which seem to be out of business now) , these are the best fitting mens underwear I've had. I've tried several. Some are gimmicky and don't quite deliver. These are real and don't feel gimmicky or poorly made. XXL fit me fine, other than the slight rise issue for the rear, I'm a 38 to 40 waist, 5' 10" 260 lb big boy and finding clothes that fit well is a challenge. The material could be just a bit softer and not feel so much like nylon, but i do realize modals are softer and tear more easily, so maybe this fabric is a good choice to make the long john more durable. They will work well under jeans, they shouldnt bind. The Real Men brand fits. While the D pouch is a bit much for me, I find it's not too big, like I said, I'm going to try the B pouch and let you guys know. I consider myself slightly above average for package size, but not a monster, either. So hopefully this review will be helpful to some guys out there trying to make a similar good call about what he buys. I'm sure many like me have a hard time finding the right fit. It's about time mens anatomy is taken more seriously, like women's bras are. I hope this small company makes new paths forward in mens underwear. I like what they've done so far.

Great design great fit except for the pouch. way too big for the slim design. May have to fill the extra space with something. I besides what I already said I can now say that they are really great. Love the tight fit and don not mind the large D pouch. They actually look great on me and perhaps others are enjoying how they look on me. Isent that what some of us are looking for. I will be looking to buy one or two more.s

The fit is amazing for a guy with extra equipment and low hanging parts. Silky smooth and will easily slip on under jeans. The stitching is excellent. I’m hoping to stay warm and yet comfortable doing outdoor winter activities without having to excuse myself to make necessary adjustments. Hate the pinching between the legs. Only the very bold would wear this as running outerwear because of the extreme pouch design but I can see this as the most comfortable possible if you must wear pants of some kind.

I had an injury where that resulted in severe bruising that mostly healed, other than the point of the injury. Due to that my doctor has recommended compression due to what they diagnosed as blood seeping and causing the discolration. It's hoped that by wearing the compression gear, this will diminish over time, without having to have a procedure done to correct it. I had never really worn anything compression prior to this but, through trial and error I came across these and while they do look funny at first, they are truly the most comfortable fit for men. No squishing of the wrong parts.

Material fits like a second skin, and for a well endowed male, the pouch front is super comfortable. Beware of wearing these in a pubic gym unless you want to get a lot of admiring glances, because the pouch lifts up and holds out the goods really nice. I wear mine around the house in warm weather and as long leg underwear in winter. I like this so much I am buying several more pairs to keep on reserve. I wish someone would make denim jeans with this kind of pouch front, to be honest.

At first I found the pouch a little far forward, but once pulled them up around my thighs better they were great. I have tried every brand of separated and pouch underwear and can honestly say The Real Men Apparel Company has the best and most innovative line of drawers for well hung men, period. I spoke to the owner once and was inspired by his commitment to quality and customer service.

Great for exercise and very comfortable. Some people would say these aren’t supportive, but they keeps things separated and in place and that’s the support I’m looking for. Doesn’t squash things down like other leggings. Wouldn’t necessarily keeps you warm in winter because it’s not thermal insulated but might help as an extra layer. Very smooth feeling and gives you the feeling of wearing nothing at all. Thumbs up for these
