Can these be lubricated? Mine are a month old and creaking. If so, what lubricant should be used?

3-IN-ONE Lock Dry Lube works great and won't hurt plastic or gum up. Been using it for years and reapply every year or two and hinges still like new and work smoothly...and remember grandma's old saying. So long, and don't let the screen door hit you in the butt on the way out! Hahaha Also, don't forget these have that unique pressure adjustment via the top that really helps get it just the way you like...not too fast or too weak to keep closed.

The specs say that these hinges are 10 x 7.5 x 1.9 inches. Is that really true? I'm looking for the same hinge that's 3 13/16" X 2 1/2".

The specs you quote are way off. The hinge I have measures 2 1/4" wide (leaves out flat) by 3 13/16" tall, which is about what you were looking for.
