I expected a little gadget that trims my nails... Silly me for thinking it would do the job automatically. The reality is that this thing hacks away at your fingernails and takes a long time to do it. Afterwards you have to use a nail file to clean up the hackjob. Waste of time.

This is a great gift idea. If you want a nail cutter, this isn’t it. This is an electric nail file. It comes with an usb cord to charge. It also comes with a glass nail file and a brush to clean I purchased this product to use on someone else who’s disabled. It was hard to use for someone else. It was easier to use on myself. It’s not fast. You can change speeds. It doesn’t cut the nails. It files the nails. There’s a compartment which holds the nail trimmings. This is equivalent to a nail filer; so the compartment fills up with file dust. However 2 persons have used this and the compartment isn’t filled. We both have natural long nails. It’s worth the price. I will definitely recommend this product.

I was really looking forward to using this for my special needs kiddo. He has anxiety getting his nails clipped. An automatic battery operated one was referred from a source. I tried it before I tried it on him. I put my nail in and the blade stopped and got jammed. The speed of the blade is too slow. It will not cut. We are in the process of returning it. We paid less that $9 with tax for it.

This nail clipper is a really good item to help maintain good nail manicure look. It is real easy to use with no clipping flying off, like what might happen with regular clippers. This simply nibbles or grinds the nail down safely. You cannot cut your skin as you can with regular clippers. This is a great product for yourself, your children or if you are helping someone maintain their nails.
