It is a thin white cream balm that glides on so smoothly and absorbs very well. It also has no fragrance and an easy to squeeze out tube. I have been using this for past 2 weeks at least once a day wether it be in the am or pm. I find that it was very hydrating for me and made my undereyes smooth and soft. I was really hoping this cream would minimize my dark circles but it has not in the time span I’ve been using. But I think this due to my dark circles being genetic and because I recently started a new job that requires me to wake up at 4am every day. However, I do think it’s worth a try! 👍🙏

The list of ingredients is great. I purchased it because it doesn't contain any of the additives I'm allergic to. It went on a little thicker than I was expecting, forming a thin white occlusive layer instead of soaking in (which seems odd given water, glycerine, and aloe are listed as the first ingredients). It therefore does not allow you to layer eye makeup on top, so this maybe is meant to be an overnight cream. After I received it I noticed the product and the box both spell "avocado" incorrectly, and lists "peptides" instead of a detailed list of which peptides. So then I started looking more into the manufacturer. There is a photo on the product listing page of the science testing by "Advanced Science Labs" but the form they show says they tested a keratin hair mask. They also say they have been reviewed by InStyle magazine and Fox, but searches do not show that to be true. The Globe and Mail published a press release about Penebella but with a disclaimer that they did not review the contents. There is no Penebella website, the domain name seems to be registered to Kiev Ukraine, and the owner of the parent company UGT Brands LLC is not disclosed online. It does say on the box it's manufactured at the Penebella Licensed Facility in the PRC (China) which is fine, I'm just questioning at this point what is actually in this cream and whether it was safety tested, given the several errors I mentioned.

I always liked this product but the last ones I got r clumby when squeezing out of container they used to b smooth!! Did they change the formula???

This was not a bad product, but after a while the ingredients started separating from each other, and it became a water-like substance and not creamy. I'm not sure why that happened, but it was good while it lasted. I had to throw out most of it because it got watery.
