Can this run all night? And does it have built in music?

I just got mine and the new iPhones don’t use Aux cords anymore. Don't have Bluetooth built in so I can’t hear any relaxing music.

Blue light mimics that of looking at a computer screen, I tried blue light once for my child and he started to get insomnia. Anyone else?

Blue light is the worst color spectrum that can be chosen for a "relaxation" light. It should be red. Blue light mimics daylight and stimulates the waking response.

Can you change the colors on this one?

Yes there is even black-and-white I really like it it helps me fall asleep it even calms my dog down

Stopped working
