Very versatile gym accessory, use for lat pullovers, triceps pushdowns, overhead triceps extensions and face pulls. The loops make these exercises so much better. Very high quality

The fabric seems sturdy, but the meta ring that attaches to your cable is thin metal. No issues but not sure I would trust it with really heavy weight.

Really love these! I bought them for my fiance because her hand is messed up from an accident and she can't fully use it to grip a normal bar or handle. These help by giving you support while letting you still get a great pump especially on heavier weights. I love using them. They are well made and feel durable. I have had them for a few months and use them almost daily. Would highly recommend.

If you hurt your hands on other equipment when doing lats this is a must have. I know I do 😅 rolls up and stores great in a backpack/gym bag
