This game is a 2 player competitive game with a solo variant. You each take the role of a dwarf who are competing to mine for gold. This gold is mainly hidden behind goal cards where you have to 'tunnel' to or can sometimes be found on the main tunnel cards.Each player has the option to either play a tunnel card (match the tunnel to an existing card) or play a card that stops their opponent playing a tunnel card, forcing them to use their turn to cancel the effect. As cards are limited, a degree of co-operation will be required to get the tunnel started towards the 'goal' cards, before, as the title suggests, you try sabotage the other player and go for gold yourself.It's a very easy game to learn, you should be up and running within five minutes. Game play will last around 15mins. This a solid yet uninspiring card game. It comes in a neat small box, but cards spreading means it requires a lot of table space. The cards you play to stop your opponent all have the same effect so having differing things such as cave-ins, light failure etc have no unique purpose. Niether do the troll cards. Also it is really annoying there isn't a way to keep track of gold each player has over the three rounds unless you have pen & paper handy. Playing solo isn't actually too bad, but like the main game you will not want to play further than the three rounds required.I only picked this game up as most of my gaming is at 2 player count, but there are far better 2 player only card games than this. Only worth while if you are getting a good price.

I love the Saboteur card game, and this has made it possible to just play with my wife. If you love the game and want to be able to play two players its a must have.

Para jogar em duplas apenas. É muito divertido e fácil de aprender.Para aquele dia que ninguém mais quer jogar, e ainda dá para jogar sozinho.

Love playing this game with the wife. We've play multiple matches and never get bored of it!

I think this game is a lot of fun and really simple to play.
