Where are the kefir grains from?

We are culturing the grains our own using organic milk.

If I need to ferment one litre of milk , then how many grams of grains are sufficient

15 grams of grains are enough for fermenting 1 litre of milk. And moreover the grains will multiply/grow as you regularly ferment the milk.

The delivery time is 7 days.. Will the grains be active after delivery?

Yes, the grains can stay safe in transit for more than 2 weeks. We have experimemted it many times.

What does premium size refer to? The individual grains are larger? I see the quantity is less than cheaper offers.

It dont really matter how many grains others offer. The quality from Feelgood Kefir is really great. My grains are multiplying faster than I know what to do with them.
