SUNWAYFOTOGH-PROIIS Tripod Geared Head

I really wanted to love this. The build is sold and all metal but this tripod head developed an unacceptable wobble shortly after I started using it. When I contacted customer service they said "no problem. Send it in and we'll take a look." Well sending it in entails mailing it to china for like $250 which costs even more than I paid for the tripod head. So after a few weeks of use this became a limited use item. I'm still able to use it for single shots but not for any shots with my tilt shift that involve touching the camera in any way between shots (shifting for panoramic images etc) because it is so sloppy and the final shots will not line up. I guess I need to pay the big buck if I want something professional that will last. Disappointed!
