How big is this toy? Dimensions say 64 cms but photos in customer reviews look smaller than that?

Hi, Its 62 cms may be 64 if measuring to the tip of the tail. Its nice quality my boy loves it.

I am still waiting for a refund since April!!!

How did you go for return was it back to Amazon or supplier. If you returned by any method you should have proof of return. I usually do it by sending back via a return slip printed out at either post office or shop doing the same a list of them would have been given when arranging return. I’d check email from way back as Amazon are very good at refunding for faulty or not suitable goods.

Hi we have had this for 2 years, It is extremely good quality. The legs are still strong and no threads etc have ever come off. I was surprised.

It can be a bit wobbly, it leans against the wall fine but mine doesn't stand up on its own, not after a toddler has played with it at least!
